Took my 05 Honda Pilot EXL transmission to Lester and within 2 days they had it fully rebuilt. Lester took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied till the end. The transmission feels like driving a new car. I won't go anywhere else for transmission repairs/rebuilt. Thanks Lester!!!!

The problem with my 06 F-250 transmission was the wiring for the transmission had melted. Instead of just changing parts and running up the bill they fixed the harness. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs transmission work!!
Here is out little long story...
In November our 2014 Dodge Ram's transmission went, and after ordering a reman from LKQ it was put in by another shop, only to find out that it was faulty and had no reverse. So, that one was exchanged for another one only to find out that IT was FAULTY as well! Well, how many faulty transmissions can one person get? Apparently two is not enough, after the second one was exchanged fro the third one it turned out to be faulty too. LKQ started accusing the first shop of "damaging" the transmission, "not doing something right." Then, they went even further and started to say that something is wrong with the TRUCK and it damages the transmissions and causes them to lose reverse !!? what?
Well, they sent us to this little place, Lester was on top of things and was able to prove that it is in fact the transmission that was faulty, and not the truck or the previous shop. We brought our truck in on, I believe, Monday, and by next Tuesday (keep in mind the shipping times for the transmission, and a Monday holiday) it was up and running, with new tranny in, wonderful reverse, blame taken off of us.
The staff is very nice and friendly, fast work, they did all the digging on the story without getting us involved, which is absolutely amazing, because after going through what we've been through, it just makes it worse to have to retell the entire story over and over again to someone.
