We send our car to this place by recommendation of our insurance agent. Whenever I called for updates they responded in a rude and aggressive way. They gave us our car back in terrible conditions, the car as soon as we turned it on it was shaking (which it didn’t have this problem prior), we got on the freeway and we got a sign it said engine overheating 1 minute after (the car stopped in the middle of the freeway this could have ended very bad this was very dangerous!) I could turn it back on it was just going 5 miles pulled out of the freeway, they towed our car away and it was leaking all the coolant, also there was a sign of no oil . How could they give us the car in this unsafe and undrivable condition?! The should be held accountable for this terrible service. Cero recommend this unfriendly, unprofessional place.
This repair shop confirmed that our car was fixed. We picked it up and it started vibrating and overheating. Soon after the car stopped working in the middle road while my wife was driving. I felt like we were put in great danger by this business. Also the main customer service rep was rude, aggressive and unhelpful on timing during most of our calls. I hope my insurance company no longer exposes others to this place.
Extreme Towing was great! Tow driver arrived promptly, took information and car to their lot. Employees at lot were friendly & helpful when I went to collect personal belongs & release car to insurance company. Hopefully I won't be needing them again soon, but will use them if needed. I highly recommend using Extreme Towing!
Great experience!! I called and was able to get an estimate the same day. They worked with the payee to handle the cost, one less thing to worry about. Kept me posted while my vehicle was there. Happy with how it turned out.

I was very happy with the service here. They went above and beyond to help me, when I had been told by 3 other places they couldn't help, worked me in when they were busy, and my final cost was less than the estimate. I am very pleased and will use this business again.
