DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please save yourself the headache! If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I hired them in April for an upcoming move to South Carolina. Initially they are great in getting you a price and getting information once you pay the first portion...it's all down hill from there. After we put our deposit down we were unable to get ahold of our contact for weeks(this will be the theme from here on little did we know), finally got ahold of the company and was told our main contact no longer worked for the company(this will also be the theme from here on..ugh) our new contact Mike was here to help. As we got closer to our moving date and knew the exact date we wanted them to pick our stuff up we told Mike it would be May 26th(several times told him this date) he said it was all good to go, that we would get a call 24-48hrs before then and they would tell us the time they are coming...ok great....well up till 24hrs before that day we still didn't hear anything...took another look at our email they sent and guess what Mike never changed the date to May 26th...We immediately tried calling him and got no answer, called the main company and after finally getting ahold of someone that could help us they scrambled to get ahold of Mike. They wanted to move our moving date to 2-3 days from the original date since they were in a panic to find a company with a route to South Carolina that fast...mind you we put our money down and booked our date weeks ago at this point! So basically we had to wait out the next couple days to see if someone was going to pick up our stuff or not, and we had to be out of our house so time was of the essence. Finally a company did and told us it would be delivered in the next 14 days...the company also went by cubic square feet for their price and not by weight which is what we were told. ...United Moving Experts also arranged for our car to be transported to South Carolina...we set up a date for that for May 29th. We recieved no phone call to set up a time for that day, made several calls to get ahold of our main contact for that and got no help..finally the day of we got ahold of a girl named Brittany who told us our Main Conact Guy was no longer with the company and she would be our new contact...Britney said she would try to get our car picked up(again we set this date up weeks prior with a deposit) they scrambled again to find someone on short notice that was headed to South Carolina to pick up our car. Luckily around 9pm that night someone came.....Our car arrived promptly thanks to the great truck driver. So after a few days we call Britney and her phone is no longer in service...after repeated calls to United Moving Experts we are told Britney no longer works for the company...this is the 3rd person! We're also told they would find out where our stuff is and get back to us....They never call you back! We called at least 30 times in the following weeks and got ahold of someone maybe 4 times. We have no idea where our things are and it's been over a month since they picked it up. When we do get ahold of someone at United Moving Experts they can't even get ahold of the moving company that THEY hired to move our things and basically tell us it's not their problem. Their latest excuse is that two head people for the western coast have ..guess what...LEFT THE COMPANY and so things are behind schedule...They are full of lies and do not care about you once you have given them some money. Please save yourself the frustration and do not hire this company! We now have to talk to our attorney and start a process of getting our insurance money.

Update** when we finally got our things delivered 3 months after the initial given delivery date, our boxes were destroyed, or couches were broken, our lawn mower was broken and so on. This company needs to be shut down for how many people they have screwed over

I used United Moving Experts when my mother decided to move from California to Arizona a couple of weeks ago and I have nothing but good things to report. The customer service was exceptional; they answered all our questions without hesitation. The workers arrived at the scheduled time and they were very polite and considerate of the furniture. They kept good communication throughout the delivery stage and they made sure all the furniture arrived in perfect condition.

My mother and I are very happy with United Moving Experts. The pricing was fair and the service was amazing. I highly recommend this moving company.

United Moving Experts was awesome I got paired with Ben a Curtis as my Logistics Coordinator and they did a great job. The movers Inspected everything on pick up and asked if anything needed any extra tlc Just like Ben said. They protected my furniture with blankets and shrink wrap and specialty glass materials for my china cabinet, Ben brought up bed bags and tv boxes which are dot required and no one else did. They’d because United Moving Experts offers a binding not to exceed price, not a binding estimate. I was screwed twice by movers before, I’ll be using Ben for now on. Thank you for your honesty.

United gave me a high-pressure sales pitch that I fell for. I had a small move, approximately two rooms. They gave me an estimate and then brokered my move out to another company, Supreme Van Lines. As it turns out, Supreme Van Lines has been dropped by the Better Business Bureau for lack of responsiveness to claims filed against them . It seems to be kind of a phantom company . It's impossible to track them down online or by phone . I had no control over who United contracted to move my belongings. I could not get information from United about packing and the turnover in staff indicated internal problems. When Supreme Van Lines came to pick up my stuff a day early, they looked at my boxes and immediately increased the price $800, despite being exactly what I told United. Also, I described where I was moving to United, but Supreme charge me another $300 to move my belongings onto a smaller truck for delivery. There was absolutely no accountability for my move. My belongings were picked up a day early and delivered a week late. I was charged quite a bit more than my estimate. And, I have no way to file a claim for damage to a piece of furniture. United did nothing but give a bogus estimate, then brokered my move out to a disreputable company.

United Moving Experts made my move a breeze. Im happy to say that I didn’t have to stress about how I was going move all my large furniture. Everything about the transition was extremely professional with great pricing. I needed to do a big move from FL to NC and they made sure that all my belongings arrived in perfect condition. My items were packed and unpacked with care. Communication was perfect and all details were explained to me about the process. I would absolutely recommend them if you are planning a small or big move. You can trust that you are in good hands.

You literally cannot find another moving company that will 1. move all of your stuff with care and 2. for the price. I have recently moved out of state with my fiance for his new job position. At the time, I was pregnant and could not help moving anything. So, we decided to pick United moving Experts because of their fair pricing.When I initially called to get a quote from them, I was impressed about their knowledge of the moving business and they they covered all aspects of the process! You will not be disappointed when doing business with UME because they even have moving boxes and supplies. Past moving experiences without united moving experts were cheap but they were time consuming and we lost items due to not having enough money, space or time to transport them.

Please consider United Moving Experts for your next moving task , either big or small. I guarantee they can get the job you need done!
