Always Super Friendly Service. Travelers are in for a treat if they happen upon the ice cream parlor with it's ever expanding menu of frozen goodies. Strawberry banana milkshake or chocolate lovers 2 scoops in a waffle come. Great Friendly Frozen Memories are sure to be had!
Sign at the gas pumps say pay inside figured the readers were down walk into a line going out the door no one bothered to say it was cash only so after standing in line get up to pay with it do you fill up my truck lady looks at me and says cash only just wasted 15 minutes of my time and wasn't able to get gas it would have been simpler and easier if they would have but just put pay inside cash only on the gas pumps
what a shame…. do the owners/ceo ever go in their stores? it’s embarrassing, such a nice concept and the new stores are so nice… but golly are their employees the worst… complaining about working with the public… how their jobs such…completely ignoring customers…how sad…. go to a chick fila and see how it’s done
Occasionally doesn't meet expectations. But for the most part it's much nicer, cleaner than other UDFs.
Tonight I stopped in with my children to get ice.cream and milkshakes and the girl Destiny was very patient with us as my children wouldn't make up their minds. She was very pleasant, friendly, and smiled. It was nice to walk in today to see a smiling face.
Destiny served us some milkshakes and was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to see a smiling face after a long day. 10/10 would recommend.
Stopped in for gas last night 12-31-22. There was a redhead girl making ice cream for 2 women. After around 5 minutes it was me and 3 other people in line waiting. A guy came in well after we was waiting and he went to the ice cream counter. The worker finished with the 2 women and instead of coming to take care of us. She asked the guy what he wanted. He was trying to be polite and said ill wait u can go take care of the other people. Her response was no ill take care of u first they can wait. If i hadnt been in my work clothes and didnt wanna bring bad feelings towards my company i woulda cussed her out. Instead i left and went to a different gas station. My personal opinion she needs to be fired, what she did was very unprofessional and not at all good customer service
Used to be one of my favorite udfs, now it's just dirty and so slow. People were nice enough but last night went for gas and some shakes, woman at the register count stop coughing on everything. Someone crapped all over the toilet and the wall, when I made the ice cream attendant aware she said she'd make it the next shifts problem. I won't be coming back
