He’s not honest he will scam you!!!
He told me my car needed a new radiator and it was going to cost me $450, fortunately I called someone who knew about cars and he told me what the mechanic explained didn’t make any sense. So basically he lied and made up this story to try n get $450 from me… when I took it to a different mechanic he explained the problem was a crack in the plastic radiator cap which only cost me $3 to replace and it fixed my problem
My car was leaking gas everywhere after I paid them to replace my fuel pump. Also found out they put the wrong type of gas in the tank. When I tried contacting them they didn't respond back and were avoiding me. Very shady...don't trust them with your car! They don't know what they're doing.
Excellent, honest service. This guy will tell you part and labor price. He had been the new owner for 3 years now and I'm satisfied with the honest hard work he has done on my Cars. Also he will work with you on his prices. Wow.????
I have nice cars but taking them here they got destroyed! I posted pics of the damage on yelp. He scratched my brand new rims, sold me a battery without my permission because I had warrenty on the battery I had. And then switched it for an old one right before I left without me knowing. I found meth pipes in my car (pics). Someone broke my glove box and did a lot of damage while it was on his property. (I think it was him to see whats in my glove box) And I had him "fix" my head gasket and header and now I drove my car and it's really messed up. But I had great cars until I started going here. Now Im going to have to find a new mechanic and pay him to fix all the Jhon (mechanis/owner) messed up. I do suggest the other guy though. (If hes still there) I think he's African. Hes a good hearted guy. He was sad to see what Jhon was doing. One of my cars is a classic. I love that car. I'm not giving up on my cars but Jhon at United Auto Repair San Diego really costed me A LOT of money for nothing. He seemed really nice and caring and genuine at first but switched and always has an excuse.
They helped my fiance with his Del Sol and we're very sociable, friendly, and helpful. So convenient they are just up the street too. Thank you all!
They are always there when I need them and when you build a good trusting relationship with them they work with you on payments toward what u might owe for repairs.. my car has never had an issue with anything they fixed I trust them and I have NEVER said that about any repair shop ...thanks guys
I actually was going to go to one closer to my house but the guy on the phone was so awful that I found this one. Glad I did! Super friendly guy, loves a good conversation, and genuinely wants to help.
So I took my car to this crook running when I got it back it was over heating . And he didn't do what he was supposed to . No receipts given unless asked he charged me 3x the normal amount he's a crook I wish I could report him and Sue his ass u kno what I just might
