Replaced my thermostat effectively and efficiently, 1k miles later and check engine light has stayed off. on a unfortunate note, I also at same time got an inspection done when i was told it was recommended that i should replace my timing belt and water pump even though right under the hood there’s a sticker from audi buffalo saying it was serviced at 98k miles (was at 125k at the time) How is that something you don’t see. Felt like an unnecessary recommended up charge based on the fact i’m a young girl
As a female, I would highly recommend Randy and his staff. After a recent visit I felt well taken care of and will definitely return in the future. After getting a screw in my tire they did the repair as requested. I was going to drive home on the spare and have my husband put the snow tire back on when he got home, which is what we had planned to do. Randy did not want me driving on the spare any longer than I needed to and insisted on changing the tire in the very cold weather. This is a business that goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are taken care of and helped!
This place used to be really good till the main guy left now they’re really bad they just wanna overcharge you without fixing the problem. They don’t even know what’s the problem most of the time they just wanna keep your car there so they could charge you when you pick it up
I don't take my vehicles anywhere else. Randy and the guys are top notch. Only guys in the business i trust with my car. More then fair prices and only do work you need! Take your vehicle here you won't be disappointed.
Have been going here since I caught my last mechanic lying. Bob and crew are thorough and do a good job.
Took vehicles here and not only did they find out what was wrong when other shops couldn’t. They explained everything really well and the owner was extremely professional and took the time personally to work with me. I couldn’t believe how great the service was and it was less then what the dealer was going to charge. Exceptional service, very fair pricing for the quality and great customer service!
I want to preface this review by stating that I do not like giving a negative review to a local business owner and would only do so if I felt (as here) that it was something completely egregious and therefore justified to warn others in the community.
Having said that, I took my vehicle to United Auto earlier this week and was told that ALL tires were bald. This didn’t seem right to me as I had just had my tires rotated at Dunn Tire in August 2022 before taking the car on a long trip with my family and they said nothing about them being in poor condition.
I also did MY OWN VISUAL INSPECTION after leaving United Auto and saw myself that NONE of them were bald.
I just took the car to Dunn Tire (a company whose business is tires and where I purchased these in 2021!!) and sure enough they told me that NONE of the tires was bald.
I know the owner is going to respond to this and say that they didn’t charge for the failed inspection. Thank you for that.
I have seen many positive reviews about this shop. But can only speak to my experience which I believe speaks for itself.
This is the only place I trust taking my vehicle to. They always do my inspection and are fair and honest. Never suggesting work that isn't needed. And their prices are great!
