One week later.... never tie down my hair (I'm lazy) didn't oil scalp (I'm lazy) and these parts are still snatched, nothing is loose, and people (even those with locs) think this is my hair..... she created these manually by hand back in March. Just did my second retwist. I love what I have as do my close friends and family who know my struggle in my hair journey. Shes professional has insane work ethic. Her ability to juggle anything goes unmatched. Shes awesome. Highly recommended.

MsDee did me sooo bogus. My appointment was booked with her at 3:45 and I didn't get service till 30 mins later. Her assistant washed my hair and left me sitting in the chair for over an hour with my head cold and wet. Wasn't sure if she was going to do my hair as she left the building. Her assistant attempted to do it but I didn't get my consultation so how she even know what services I came in for. Then MsDee left to go and get food. None of this was communicated she didn't really talk to me at all just everyone else. I'm just sitting here waiting with a wet cold head an hour and thirty minutes into my appointment. They don't care about you here at all if your not one of their regular clients. Worst experience and waste of time.

Scheduled appointment with Ms.Dee at 11a. I arrived on time and greeted by someone at the front desk she directed me to be seated in the chair to discuss my hair(consult and starter locs) . I stated I have an appointment wit Ms.Dee and she replied yes, I’m just going to wash and detangle your hair. She says I let Dee know you arrived she should be here any minute. Hair has been washed and detangled and now I’m just sitting there. 1.5hrs after my scheduled appointment time Ms.Dee was STILL NOT THERE. No phone call, text or dm. Nothing, she just straight up didn’t show. I just left. Drove an hour to get there too. Definitely won’t be doing business here

After calling and being told to arrive at 5 pm with my minor child to receive a hair service it was never provided. The manager lacks in professionalism. After my minor child waited over an hour in a half another person came into the shop and received service before her. I called for clarification and the manager lacked in professionalism her reply was simply it was busy and i don’t remember your daughter to be honest. WOW!!!! If you want respect and quality service this is not the place to go. If the manger can’t effectively communicate or empathize and offer to accommodate for her mistakes “She is the one who told my daughter come at 5”can you imagine the quality that will be rendered from this establishment!!!

Where do I started lol. THEY GOT IN THERE FEELINGS FOR 15 BUCKS WHEN I WAS TOLD 85 LOL. I made an appointment 3 days prior and she canceled it 2 hours before the time she confirmed me for. I showed her pictures of my hair and she said 85, then when I went their she had someone start my hair and 32 mi uses after doing it, she told me OH its 100. I said I only have 85 and she said its cool I got you. They started doing my hair again and started taking care of other people who came after me. Each time they stopped my hair, I was left unattended for 35 to 50 minutes. After being their for 4 hours and 30 minutes and not being attended to for 1 hour and 5 minutes, Miss Dee as she called her self told me it will take another 1 hour and 45 minutes before someone gets to me. They wanted me to leave is what I think and they tried to annoy me so I would leave. They got in there feelings for 15 dollars lol. People are so petty and she acts like she is a Christian when she is just simply acting like I said. God has your judgment comming. Well thats if your still not going through it with the stuff you going threw under wraps.

I called and asked if there was any availability for 3 o'clock, as I was leaving my school and looking for a place to get my hair done. I was told there was, explained what color I wanted, and said I would be there. I got there at 3 o'clock with one employee there and one customer. I had to wait two hours for the owner to come by with my color, even though I had other plans that day, but had to wait after the male employee (he is one of the stars I'm giving because he was a sweetheart and was very apologetic for the owner's behavior) had already bleached my hair. Then when she got there I felt rushed getting the color, which wasn't the shade I wanted, which also washed out completely after one week. I got a $10 discount off of a $100 service, which was ridiculous after all of that. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

I came from Miami for an appointment I booked online from them at 11:00 am they kept on saying to arrive on time per google once We get there they don't even open up until 12 noon like whoever the owner is don't really care if you come on time or not. When she respond saying her assistant was late I asked can we come in it took her over an hour to respond. I went there she says have a seat , I said to her she was very unprofessional .Once I looked at her work and her im glad we dodge that bullet.the work is terrible so i can see why she don't care to show up I wouldn't come in on time either lady if you cant do better close up shop.

What a great salon and just down to earth nice talented people! I went there this morning because another stylist at a different salon butchered my hair the night before and I was seeking for help and for someone to fix the mess of hair that I had. Well let me tell you, Cortez not only fixed the mess that was on my head but he also managed to create one of the most beautiful cuts I have ever had! I looked amazing afterwards and I was getting compliments all day! I wish I had a before and after pic to show you the difference and how Cortez's magic hands transformed my hair from a disaster to just absolutely gorgeous! And Ms. Dee was so nice and sweet. You bet I will be back! Love this place!
