I ordered through Uber Eats and those stars fooled me. The driver sat in the same spot for over 45 mins. Stopped responding after I pressed them for location.
I was very hungry and excited to try this spot. HUGE disappointment.
The food arrived cold, dry, and stale.
Tastes like the food is old and I got nauseous after a few bites. On top of the food being disgusting, they sent the wrong pop. At least could’ve allowed me the pleasure of washing down the nasty with my desired pop.
Very disappointment in this food. I wish this restaurant cared about the community and people they service within it. With this kind of food and service, it’s clear they only care about the money.
My whole family have been eating here all our lives. Best fast food joint on the south side.
I went here later night after the club. I called my order in and it was ready when I arrived. It was exactly what I ordered and it was hot and fresh! I will definitely be going back! I had the chicken wings and they were delicious!
I've never really had nothing but their chicken wings, which are pretty good. I prefer small wings with lemon pepper and black pepper by me like small wings they usually would give me 2 extra wings.my last visiti ordered a 4 piece wing plus an extra wing this time I was given 5 small small wings which was over cooked no extra at all for $9 dollars I was very up set no extra I'm talking too small so I called the restaurant manger he stated bring the order back he will make me a new order I told him I had already eaten the small bird because I was hungry.so he didnt state come back that he would give me a small 4 piece he stated next time for me to let him know next time I come back.that they will give me some wings.and that was that also their prices is way too high for that area ...sad

This Jim Shoe Was Not It. I had a super taco the day before it was not it either. The super taco was peta bread with slide cheese and ground beef. I think they need one of those chefs to come help them out from a tv show. I only gave 2 stars because the guy at the counter is very friendly and nice I have no problem with the attitudes but the food is a different story.
The Italian Beef used to be better like a year ago I brought a Italian Beef the other night and it was terrible I guess they have changed the brand and it’s nasty nasty don’t waste the money buying the Italian Beef and the meat is rubbery it’s never that Italian Beef that you go looking for
Do not order through grubhub, the restaurant delays your order and gives it to someone that does not work for grubhub but works for them and tells the customer to call grudhub when they cancel the order.
The employee that answers the phone speaks spanish is unprofessional. He doesn't care about the problem they created.
