Where to begin! I’ve been going to see Dr. Boffard for at least 15 years now and he is such a nice doctor- honestly the whole staff is just awesome. Granted the wait times aren’t the best BUT- once they call you in, they take care of you! I had both of my pregnancies with them!
Be ready to wait a whole day here.
I was here for a 12:30pm appointment. I got here at 12:15pm. Guess what time It is now while I’m writing this review? It is 1:45 pm and I have not seen a doctor. I waked to the receptionist to ask if they really worked with appointment here and she said yes, and explained something he I did t understand about being my first time here. I am still waiting here and will write another review if I finally see a doctor.
Update: So I finally saw a NP. But the reason I came to update this review is that the 2nd day, the Doctor of the practice called me to apologize for the delay and explained the reason, which made sense to me. He then asked me to come in for some more tests which I didn’t even think of.
I decided to give it a second chance and then booked a follow up appointment, where I didn’t have to wait for long to see the doctor.
It was a good experience and I will observe as things evolve. I will keep going there for now.
I had a very positive and pleasant experience with Dr. Boffard and the entire staff. I will be coming back here and switching to this office for my regular visits. Thank you Dr. and the entire staff! It is truly appreciated.
My experience with this office has been great. Yes, there is a long wait but it is just like any other office. DR. B and staff were great and would def. recommend this office
Dr. Boffard is an amazing and caring physician. He is thorough & informative. The office is clean, the staff is kind and understanding. The wait time is not long, I was in and out quick.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Boffard for 40 years, he delivered 4 of my 5 children and I highly recommend this practice to everyone. Love Dr Boffard has always been caring, professional, and he cares about you and is always concerned about your health and wellbeing and his Staff are all friendly and family like. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait not often but when it is just know that’s a great thing I prefer a Doctor taking his time with me to ensure I receive the highest quality of care, you will be well taken care of in this office. Highly recommended
Dr. Boffard and his staff is AWESOME. I have been a patient of his for about 17 yrs now. He has delivered my boys and provided great before, during and after care.
Im gonna write a review instead of going there and flipping the front desk. First of all this is the second time they have made my wife upset , and she’s not even dealing with them anymore. All they have to do is fax over paperwork to the new doctor because we won’t deal with their unprofessionalism and even that is hard. Very rude front desk , just terrible place. Please DONT GO HERE. Hopefully I don’t stop by there on the way home and say how I really feel
