The best overall experience I have ever had from a mechanic shop. I went in for a state inspection and they found a couple issues. Explained multiple options that were affordable. The parts that needed repair were shown to me after the job was completed. They have amazing customer service!!
Most mechanics only replace expensive parts. They don’t know how to fix anything. Union Avenue automotive’s owner and mechanics actually know how to repair things, and that almost always translates to a lower cost. Often significantly lower. If they tell you something needs to be replaced, You know you can trust that that’s what is needed.
Phil is the go-to authority on your car in the lakes region. He works on my 1977 Cadillac, my 2009 Chevy Express, and my 2014 Chevy Cruze. He’s even worked on a friends 1980 Porsche 911!! He is straight with you and his word is his bond.
I went there thinking I had a fuel issue and needing a sticker they could have let me think i was right about the fuel issue and charge me for it but they were honest and I left with a fixed truck and sticker for much less then I thought I was gonna pay
