Very nice people but absolutely shockingly slow at getting my prescriptions. They say it’s ready but when I get there it’s not. Shame really. Prices for other items are very expensive in the shop as well.
Absolute shambles of a pharmacy seems you need to give them over a week to get a prescription ready have given numerous tries and am now moving pharmacy's .
Just incredibly disorganised. Wait times for prescriptions are lengthy, should you have to explain anything to the pharmacist, there is no privacy, so be prepared for everyone to hear. Parking is hit and miss especially on Covid jab days. The Post Office in the pharmacy is equally poorly managed and confusing
Well this is an extremely hard place to review !! On one hand the staff are very friendly and helpful BUT on the other hand the waiting times are excruciatingly long. I've witnessed many people leave the queue because of this. The post office is now shut in the afternoons but they haven't changed the opening hours on the website so lots of wasted journeys for some people.

Arrived today at lunch time desperate to buy some pain relief for a terrible toothache, the door was locked shut, I pressed the bell a few times as I could see someone out the back. 5 minutes or so later no response, so knocked on the door to be eventually greeted by a lady who was more than unhelpful, she flatly refused to help and wouldn't even open the door. I wouldn't waste your time going here!
Unsure if the the disorganisation is due to Covid boosters/influx of requests, but was quite confusing. The Doc's surgery next door has a sign on the outside door which says Boosters available around the back, but that section is closed. When you go into the surgery there is another sign to say they aren't giving out boosters and to go next door to this Pharmacy, I arrived just before 12:30 but they had already closed for a 1 hour lunch break (okay fair enough as they are entitled for a lunch break) but this then impacts those which need a booster when they can only come out on their lunch break. Also the person at the door wasn't the most friendly person to talk to and again later on by phone they were seriously stressed so perhaps I caught them on a bad day but first impressions! Then they won't give you a booster unless you have an appointment so it's a waste of time anyway as they don't accept walk-ins. Now the Booster NHS website advises to attend this pharmacy for a booster so it's not clear where the confusion is here but I would avoid this pharmacy and surgery for any walk-in's if you don't have an appointment.
I've given feedback to the NHS website so hopefully they can update their website so other people don't waste their time by attempting a walkin for a booster.
Apart from that there was parking outside the front and easy access to pharmacy but a complete waste of a lunch hour as trying to do the right thing didn't work out as such!
The staff are very helpful, The speed of service is absolutely shocking!! People go here because they need medication for a health issue and when your prescription is not ready after a week you are expected to wait there for up to 1 hour sometimes, which is very stressful.
