Great selection of seafood, although portion is not as large as I had imagined. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
I had their plaice and rustic chips, the chips were very good. Highly recommend their cheesecake, it comes with double cream and tasted amazing with the cheesecake. Still cider is okay.
We stopped here for lunch on a day trip to Hastings. The restaurant is nicely laid out with space to move between tables. It is dog friendly (with the staff interested in her, giving her attention, and treats at the ready). The service was quick and the staff were attentive.
We had two Cod and chips and one portion of mussels. All were very tasty and fresh. This was followed by us all having a Sticky Toffee Pudding and, in my dads words, it was one of the best sticky toffees he's ever had! It was so good I forgot to take any photos of the food...!
We would definitely visit again.
Went to Undercliffe House for lunch whilst in Hastings! This place is brilliant and definitely the place to get premium food in Hastings for a very reasonable price. The owner is great along with all his staff, very organised and helpful. Brilliant vibe with some great music too. We had a number of different dishes which were all great. Definitely would recommend the local beer too. All in all would highly recommend!
Absolute pleasant experience to eat in here. The dish is created by their own - fresh & delicious. I tried the fish cake and definitely recommend to anyone to try! Staff is very friendly and thoughtful too. Loved it!
A very last min meal, we were visiting Hastings for the 1st time, weather was awful. Food was lovely and generous & most importantly super delicious ???? service was very attentive . I would love to come back.

Wonderful food as always. Staff attentive, T'was my mums favourite restaurant last year. She absolutely adored her seafood and even as a seafood and steak Cook for most of her life.. couldn't fault this place.

Great fresh seafood and attentive service in a gorgeous space. Stunning whitebait (see pic), a lovely skate wing and delicious sea bass made for an unexpectedly excellent lunch.
Suggest booking ahead just to be sure as it was busy on a late October Saturday lunch!
Delightful place almost at the end of the road and under the cliff. Delicious seafood, cooked freshly with a nice atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful. Car park very close and so is the beach.
