I ordered a half chicken this is what they gave me????
so it’s been a year since I’ve been to this place
I decided to give them one last try and see if they got their act together but
nope.
today I went got there at 4:30 PM. They had no brisket. Of course I knew that. Lmaoo
So I look on the menu that is outside of the building and it says they serve meat by the pound (false)
I asked for 2 pounds of rib tips. The lady tells me they only sell rib tips by the plate. I’ve never heard of such a ridiculous thing in my life.
Waste of my gas waste of my time

THE MEAT IS SPOILED, SOUR, AND HAD A TWANG TO IT. IT WAS DISGUSTING. Smelled like it has been sitting in vinegar for Day'ssssssss. My family have been throwing up for the last 20 minutes. Whatever kind of sauce that is.... STOP IT!!! UncleDaddy should be in BBQ JAIL. I'm not into shaming black business but Yawl know better than to service people this nasty food. NEVER again in LIFE! I don't know about all these five star comments, yawl must be use to it but I don't play when it comes to pork!! PerioD!!!! If you eat here you are risking getting sick. I swear. Who wants to get sick or spoiled meat ???? I wish I could give this establishment negative 10 zeros
Now y’all know everybody can’t make Mac n cheese but just ordered it from here and it was fire ! ... I mean everything was fire ( baked beans pulled pork and ribs). BUT I was expecting some ALRITE Mac n cheese and they out did themselves lol
I met the proprietor at a business next door to his and he invited me to try his bbq. I read the reviews prior to going and they weren't bad, so I decided to try it out. Well first thing, I attempted to call my order in but the phone number was out of order. Should have taken that as a sign, but I didn't. I decided what I wanted before I went to expedite my order. I tried to order the rib tips only (sold by the pound) and 2 large mac and cheese sides. I was told they no longer sold them separately and I could only get them in a meal. So I ordered 3 meals for my family and had mac and cheese as my sides. I had veggies at home, so I chose to have them. The best thing I can say about this food was that the meat was tender. It lacked flavor and so did the mac and cheese. The best thing on my plate was the veggies that I prepared myself. Not to mention the portions of ribs tips may have been equal to a pound for all 3 plates combined. So I paid $12-14 more for much less food that I would have gotten had I been able to order from the menu as printed. I can also say that the service was great. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Sorry Uncle Daddy, I'm not a fan.????
Their barbecue is okay everything seems to be extra spicy too much black pepper on the ribs not enough barbecue sauce macaroni and cheese is pretty good the greens were too spicy. The customer service is excellent the chicken links are not the kind I'm used to they were the cheaper version.
I had a combo so I was able to taste the brisket , links and ribs with potato salad and green beans. The brisket was melt in your mouth tender and the ribs were tender and flavorful. Beef links were perfect spicy but not to hot. I enjoyed everything . Good value for your money. Overall a exceptional eating experience. The staff was very nice .
LOVE THIS PLACE, THE FOOD, AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE SO LOVING. PLUS THEY RIBS MEAT FALL RIGHT OFF THE BONE. FUN FACT, THEY TAKE EBT AS WELL, SO HEAD DOWN TO THEY SPOT, YOU WON'T REGRET IT.
My wife had me to taste UncleDaddy BBQ and it is strongly flavored with great seasoning. Makes you want to come back for more. My favorite is both the chicken and beef hot links. Our son's favorite is the ribs! We can eat UncleDaddy BBQ 24/7.Usually, I'm not a fan of barbecue beans, so I had already promised them to my wife, but once I tasted UncleDaddy BBQ beans, I wanted to eat my own beans! All the sides were excellent: Mac'n Cheese, as well as the Potato Salad went over big, in our family!
