Delicious juicy meats cooked over coal so you get that smokey taste on every bite. Excellent flat breads that are used in the wraps. The only small improvement would be slightly larger portions of rice.
NB: They only take cash!! Open late!
Not the best. No mention on front door that they are cash only. Get you in and out fast! Small portions (not characteristic of Turkish establishments who are normally generous to a fault) intentionally or you'd stay longer. Fill a hole as one would say but not much more I'm afraid. Turkish restaurants in places like Green Lanes set the bar.
The best Turkish food I have ever had!!
Everything was very good, but I especially liked the lamb dishes.
The Lamb ribs. Oh, the Lamb ribs. Delicious. I have mine well done. Eat in or take away they are always good. As is the bread coated in the lamb juices. The service is great. The staff are always pleasant and engaging. Thank me later.
Really good: Turkish kebabs. Ciğer(liver) is particularly tasty. We were a big group, everyone enjoyed everything.
Consistently excellent! Lamb ribs are a favourite, also love the grilled aubergine cold starter. If you’re in a group, the combo platter for 4 is a great deal. Interior of the restaurant has been improved since the refurb (not as smoky anymore). Bring cash!
Amazing food! As a daughter of an old restaurant owner and Turkish kebab cheff, this was the best meat I’ve eaten in London. Definitely would recommend it! I will be a regular that’s for sure!!
Food was incredibly delicious. We got recommended to come here, and their food did not disappoint at all!! Downside is they only accept cash.
