We took the advice from our Marriott Vacation Club concierge and celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary here. When I tell you there was so much food... Listen, the food was outstanding!!!! Our server was on point and came back to check on us often. The beans, salad, bread, pasta and entree were filled with spices and so delicious. Stop in to fill your bellies!!
Nice restaurant with a great work staff. Definitely would recommend the steak scampi or pork chops. Huge chops, but cooked perfectly. A must stop when visiting Myrtle Beach.
Went with 3 other people. I had the Lobster Ravioli dinner with a perfectly executed spicy vodka sauce. My wife had Veal Umberto, which was full of artichokes, which is what she was hoping for, full of flavor. Other guest had chicken picata, which she said took a second place only to her sicilian sister from italy that made it when they visited Italy. The last guest had grouper that he stated was the best grouper he had ever had. That was the main meal. Before the main meal, there were four dishes served separately over time. This reminded us very much of our suppers in Venice where a meal was an event and took some time, which allows the guest to mingle and even carry conversations with the tables next to you. This was a great din ing experiance. The hostess to the sever offered a class service.
The dining experience was very nice. The gratis food items were great...and delicious. The entrees were plentiful. Departed the venue very satisfied .
Amazing food at decent rates. All dishes include Beans & Greens, Cucumber & Tomato salad, Spaghetti with sauce, as well as bread and butter. Steak Scampi was properly cooked to a perfect medium rare, and the Veal was well prepared.
Although our food was adequate I felt the prices were very high for what was provided. I rated the service low because we constantly had a difficult time getting our waiters attention. The atmosphere was rated very low do to the fact that we were seated in " cheap" $5 plastic chairs? Not what you would think a restaurant of this character would provide it's customer with. We live in North Myrtle Beach three months out the year and I'll never go back! What makes this review so important to others is the fact that the recipient of this review didn't even bother to respond!
First time here and I can't wait to comeback. Recommended by a stranger and so glad I asked (do you know of any good Italian places around here). Al was our server and he took care of us, what a pleasure!
GREAT spot for a classic italian dinner!
the service is truly amazing & makes you excited to be there.
the different courses and options keep your palette ready!
we LOVED IT.
