Santiago fixed in a day's work what many other mechanics, including MB dealership failed to do in a 2 year struggle to fix my car. He "listened carefully" to the details I provided, added his talent and knowledge, used the required technology and tools, and magic happened. Car is running amazingly well. I always tell my people that they are my angels. If it wasn’t because of Santiago, Raul, Ives, and their team I wouldn’t have a BMW. They are VERY honest, affordable, and they take the time to talk to you to explain what’s going on with your car. I have been taking my car there for about 4 years now and I am not going anywhere else if I have issues with my BMW.

My daughter has taken her Mini Cooper to Ultimate Euro Repair since the first oil change. Recently she needed work on the car that was above her ability to pay, as such dad stepped in. Santiago was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions. A professional estimate was sent to me via text prior to work starting. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Santiago covered all the repairs completed and explained some other things she should have correctly sooner than later. I was impressed that he keeps a detailed electronic history of all vehicles they service. I would recommend Ultimate Euro Repair to anyone with a foreign made vehicle.
