I have brought my BMWs to Ultimate Auto Works for over 30 years. You can always expect and receive perfect, honest work. George & Susie are warm and friendly. I would not think of taking my car anywhere else!
George and Susie run a great place. George is a terrific mechanic and is honest and skilled. Susie great in keeping the front of the shop going. His prices are fair, quality of work is excellent. BMW is a specialty. My go to answer man for my Bimmer. Exceptional shop.
Reliable, honest mechanic owner George has been our go-to- person for our family cars for 30 years. He tells it like it is, helps us make decisions about our cars and keeps us safe. Our entire family trusts him and strongly recommend his services.
George is a very knowledgeable mechanic and clearly knows the BMW well. He took his time to diagnose my coolant issues rather than just replace parts without due diligence. He is also is the first mechanic in 16 year to voluntarily show me the parts he replaced and explain clearly what was wrong and why the replacement was done. My car drives very well now.
George and his wife Susie treat me like I am the most important customer they have. George always goes above and beyond for me. He recently solved a vibration problem in my car that no one else seemed to be able to comprehend. $32.00 in parts and I was on my way with no vibrations in the car at all.
If you want 1st Class treatment every time, if you want honesty every time, Ultimate is the place to go. Ask for George and or Susie.
The experience at ultimate auto works is TRUST along with friendliness. George and his wife Suzie were very helpful throughout the process.George gladly answers any questions you may have, IF he has not already covered them beforehand. The guy went over our 3 series BMW convertible as if it was his. When this happens! You might become concerned about the price, and for good reason! Have no worries this family DOES NOT operate like that. My car runs great! All the problems are fixed and at a price that made going to Ultimate Auto Works in Rockville perfect. Have been going to this family owned and operated repair shop for many years. Can’t say enough about George for his honesty and his superior service. At Ultimate you will not pay more for quality work, outstanding service and promptness. In the past, other repair shops and dealers have steered me in the wrong direction. Not at this repair shop – George will always steer you in the right direction with his honesty and fairness. There is no upselling for unneeded services or overcharges for unnecessary repairs. Totally trustworthy and superbly competent! You will always get outstanding advice on options, and what’s worth spending money on or not. Best repair shop I have used in the Rockville/Bethesda/Gaithersburg area. Furthermore, George is very knowledgable in BMW technology and automotive technology, in general. He is constantly updating his competency as displayed by the numerous certifications and courses taken in the office.
My nephew referred me to George so I new I would be able to trust him. George will identify the issue and explain it to you in laymen's terms. If there are multiple issues he will prioritized them. I thought I was having a problem with my breaks because they were making this funky squeaking sound whenever they got wet. George explained that the previous mechanic use cheep parts but they worked just fine and I didn't need to replace them.
George has gone above and beyond to identify problems with my vehicles and keep me on the road. He is definitely a 5 star guy!
