Needed a new cat in time for my smog test and they helped me get it handled quick and with a more reasonable price than any other place that quoted me. They also offered to check before I took it to a star smog to see if it was going to pass. I was unable to take that offer due to being busy and the smog needing to be done asap but the car passed the smog. The service was great and friendly. I am new to the area so if I need any service I’ll for sure be back.
This was my first time going here ,and i had good experience. They were very helpful with explaining what I needed to do to get my car a brake lamp and light inspection. The only thing was that the owner told me I needed a smog, which I was sure I didn't but got anyway. Then, to find out I didn't need it sucked because it cost me 100$, I didn't really have to spend. Just for future customers if your car is registered to you and you buy it back and it's salvaged and you live in an area that don't require a smoke i.e Guerneville or Cloverdale you don't need a smog. You only need to get one. i think the lady from DMV said if it is not in your name or if you live in a place that requires a smog
The best service and trustworthy guys. Always looking out for you and prioritizing safety on your car. They don’t give off that pushy seller type feel like with most places. Give simple and direct explanations and provide honest work. Highly recommend to anyone in Sonoma County.
Can't thank Justin at Ultimate enough! I was considering buying a car from a private party via craigslist and the seller randomly had some time to show it. There were a couple items that didn't quite add up, so I needed an inspection. The seller protested, but we swung by Ultimate. Justin came out for a courtesy preliminary inspection. He found hidden body damage, a power steering leak, and the coup de grace... the odometer read 62k miles, but he researched and found it really had 303,000 miles! He saved me a lot of money and headaches. Thank you!
Had a good experience with U.A.C this week. My 1st experience ever. They fixed my transmission for my '94 truck. No hassles, direct, follow-through, and pricing were all a positive experience.

Easily best mechanic I've ever been to. I brought my car here around 4:15 pm, 45 mins before they close. Told them the issue, said I had no problem leaving it overnight for them to look at it tomorrow when they have time. Justin went straight to work figuring out what was wrong and was able to get a part and replace it, all before 5:00! I'm so grateful to the team here, they're always nice and do a great job at explaining what's going on. Can't recommend this place more!!!
I’ve been going here a little over a year now after being told it would cost more than $100 to do something that takes 15-20 minutes (as a professional to do) and the parts to do so only cost about $25. It actually came down to me doing it myself once because of Covid but I’m so grateful to have found these guys. I have 3 cars with two having been here and one not yet but she’s old and will definitely need work done in the not doing distant future.
Rambling aside I 100% recommend these guys. They’re awesome and as in previous reviews they are one of the only places I trust to get great value and honesty about my car.
