Joe and his guys did a fantastic job restoring my M340i to its glory after someone hit it. He went above and beyond to wax the entire car, detail the interior, and even clean the engine bay and wheels. It hasn’t looked this good since it came off the showroom floor. They definitely take what they do seriously and treat people fairly. I can’t recommend them enough.
Do not give these people your car. I don’t know if they’re in on it or what but the plate was stolen off of my totaled car and now I am getting tickets on a car that isn’t even registered with my plate. No one told me I had to do anything with it, so I’m telling you now: cancel your plates when your car is totaled! You’d think these people could take 5 seconds to protect the people they’re literally making money off of for free
Joe is a nice guy and they did a great job on fixing my bumper. They even cleaned my whole car. I would definitely go back.
I've been going to them for YEARS! When I find a business that does great work I like to stick with them and these guys are it! My car just recently had been struck twice with front and rear damage and I got my car back and its better than when I bought it! It looks fantastic! I wish we didn't have to always meet on the circumstances of an accident but getting to know these guys over the years has been an absolute pleasure! If you want quality work from hardworking folks don't take a second look!
Joe and his team took their time with my truck but it turned out excellent in the end. They went above and beyond expectation and the quality of their work was top notch. This was a big, semi complicated body work job and Joe and the team delivered as promised.
I've had the bad luck to be hit by bad drivers on more than one occasion over the years. Full disclosure, I have known Joe for over 40 years. However longevity in itself does not equate to loyalty when it comes to
my hard earned dollars. So believe me when I say that Joe and his crew are the best at what they do. Fair and honest guy, qualities that used to be commonplace, are now rare in business people, but Joe still holds onto. He has done work for friends and family of mine all with the same satisfying results .
Sold them parts and the owner or whomever is responsible for paying for parts never returns my calls or ever calls back. Very bad business ethics, when I a sales person is spending time to call repeatedly for days and now weeks on end for payment on a part that has been delivered.
