John and Bobby at Ultima Automotive were wonderful to do business with. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me without making me feel under any pressure at all to spend more than was necessary. The service was exemplary. I am new to the area and am very pleased to have met these gentlemen. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
Upon having serious trust issues with anyone in the automotive repair industry, I was looking for someone I felt wouldn't rip me off too bad. I happened upon Ultima Auto Repair and with my guard up asked (Bobby) if they could diagnose the transmission issue I was having on my Ford Raptor. He asked what the issues were, i explained the symptoms and immediately grabbed his diagnostic scanner and my keys and headed out to my truck. He ran through the codes and told me what the problem most likely was and a rough estimate on cost. After a little while he called me and explained what the repair was and the repair cost. I agreed without hesitation as it was a lot cheaper than I had expected!! After the repairs were done NEXT DAY I handed over my credit card and the total cost was LESS than the quote!! I have officially found some I can trust with my family's vehicles!! Thank you so much for you honesty and integrity!!!! Phil

!!! This is the most honest auto shop I have found in Pasco County since moving here in 2015. John and his team from Ultima are amazing at what they do. Not only are they great at the repairs that they do but they go above and beyond to get you the best for your money. I took my car in because I heard noises every time I had my car running. They called me and told me it’ll be a $3000.00 plus job as my fly wheel had broke. That’s a big pill to swallow. When I went to go pick up my car at the end of business the mechanic very politely asked me to sit down as he had news for me. I’m staring like he was going to give me even more bad news. He says it will cost me zero dollars because my car was still just barely within the expiration of its power train warranty. John has called around to all the Ford dealerships to see if there was something that could be done to help because my car has very low mileage. It was only a few years old this problem probably should not have occurred. Well he did. He found one he found one in Port Richey, the Ford dealership on US 19 in Port Richey. I took it straight there the next morning. Yes, I was without a car for three days but it’s OK. I was so blessed that he took the time out to find the appropriate help that I needed. Now my car sounds great. My AC runs everything runs without noise coming from the engine. I will always take my cars to Ultima and John and his team for as long as I am in Pasco County. I cannot recommend Ultima enough. As they are the most honest, reliable and price friendly mechanic shop, I have ever been to my entire life. Not even the dealership I bought my car from had the correct diagnosis. I am a widow, who lives literally paycheck to paycheck. John and his team are absolutely amazing. If you have any problems with your vehicle, please get in touch with Ultima just off Congress just south of Ridge Road in New Port Richey I promise you will not regret it!!

Best place ever. I drove over an hour because the mechanics in Zephyrhills refused to sell me a battery which I knew I needed. Bobby was the mechanic he is awesome and found the problem the battery. Tire choice in zephyrhills told me that my valve gasket was leaking. Bobby said no it wasn't. I'm so happy and relieved I went to ultima.very good service and smart and honest mechanic.
