This a great seafood restaurant right on the lake. Besides seafood, they have burgers and other options. They have a nice variety of beers on tap, including some local craft brews. The ambiance alone was worth the visit.
This is a fantastic locals restaurant and bar. Had the blackened grouper with a salad and fresh vegetables, outstanding. My server was ultra friendly and prompt.
Update, I have been back a total of three times and enjoyed the food and service each time. Tonight, I had the crab legs. You get so much that by the time you get to the last of it, they are cold. I would recommend getting half, then later, get the other half.

We started with the crab dip though presentation wise it was a bit off putting with the Christmas colored chips it was very tasty. We all ordered the Fisherman’s BLT which loooked interesting but ended up simply being okay . not sure if it’s the type of fish with the bacon combo but I’d probably just stick with a simple B.L.T or use a more firmer fish than the Basa as an option. Everything just kinda fell apart and it was hard to taste any flavor in the sandwich . The French Fries were great and the Bluecheese is top tier.
We also ordered wings but sadly they tasted not fresh and were doused in hot sauce. Tankfully since we barely ate one they were removed from the bill .
The Rum Drinks were phenomenal . We would most definitely return for appetizers and drinks .
Huge menu! Fun atmosphere near the lake and live music. They were short-handed when we went, so service was just ok, but we'll go back.
So beautiful for a nice quiet date night. It is kid friendly but personally I would recommend it for a date. Right on the water, food is beyond wonderful! Waitress was very nice and knew the menu well. Drinks were cold and came fast. Many leftovers and left very happy. Alligator right next to us in the water the whole night for those visiting Florida and are looking to see some of our local wildlife!
Love this place. Food was very good. Service was excellent. Great view of the lake. And they usually have a smallish alligator hanging out for people to stare at :-)
We went there on trivia night and even though we came in dead last, it was fun.
Our waitress was very good and very friendly. So sorry they don't have fried mushrooms anymore but our crab cake sandwich and fisherman BLT was outstanding! Fabulous onion rings and great beer selection. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this local hangout on our way to Tampa. So much good food on the menu it was tough to choose!
Loved it! Really nice atmosphere and there was a group of people playing popular songs on Ukulele's. It was nice. I ordered wings and onion rings and they were amazing! Food was fresh.
