The bodywork I had recently done was top notch, and you can't tell that it was even damaged in the first place.
Extremely nice and professional staff. They did an excellent job on my repair.
Very pleased with the work carried out on my vehicle. Rear bumper replaced and sprayed. Tailgate dent removed and painted. Friendly service from the team and decent courtesy car supplied whilst my car was being repaired. No complaints.
I would recommend this company for vehicle repairs.
They collected car time stated & kept me informed on progress. When ready for collecting from the garage, they informed me there wasn't anyone available to bring it over to Leominster that day. I travelled by train to pick the car up and despite rail fare costing only £6.00 Robert deducted £20.00 off my bill for fare & travel inconvenience. Thank you UK Select ARC - Ludlow.
Booked my daughters car in for a quote a few days in advance. Drove to the garage where I was advised it would be £25 to do a quote, left immediately.
I would give this company no stars if possible I hate two things this company did
1. Sloppy workmanship
2. Being lied to

My car went in for a bumper repair with two white LED lights when it returned it had one yellow one in I asked why this was not checked prior to the car coming back to me there was no answer
I was promised a correct bulb to be sent to me by last Friday it didn’t turn up so I contacted Rachel again who said we sent it to the wrong address and promised it would be here by today we’ll low and behold it hasn’t turned up again I contacted them but no answer
Steer clear of these people they give a bad name to this type of business
My car was bring home on wheels, the right door was not paint properley,they use my combustibil hasle free as they own vehicle.
Try to call them,and they pass me to another one but didnt sort it
Very prompt friendly staff here & they put a new panel on my car in a couple of days,very impressed with the job they did.I was expecting to wait a week or more after a bad experience with another firm last year After an accident the firm my insurers used kept my car for 5 weeks.Wouldnt hesitate to use UK Select again.
