Thought that i would 'treat' myself to a cooked breakfast after attending for a hospital appointment where i had to fast.
The worst breakfast ever!
Bacon was very salty and had a strange aftertaste.
Poached eggs were so hard that the whole yolk came out on my fork, rubbery.
Hash brown inedible.
Fried bread floppy and overly greasy.
Tinned tomatoes just a mush with a metallic taste.
Mushrooms watery, (tinned)?
Cheap sweet brown sauce.
Very disappointed.
The food isn't too bad and they have regular specials on, but the prices are very expensive.
Along with this, some of the staff come across/seem extremely rude, miserably and generally unhappy.
Really enjoyed my meal staff were friendly
No decent hot food after 3pm until 4:30pm dry sausage rolls dry cheese pasties etc beans gravy & jack pots, chips .. thought food was accessible all day ? Am here for 2 split appts 3hrs wait had no choice but had chips gravy at nearly £3 !! Which didn’t want but hungry just waiting see what they pull out of the kitchen at 4:30 !! Should have gone subway really as just as expensive but at least be full !!! Who dictates when the public don’t get a choice anymore ?? Be interested on how they come to such a decision in a hospital when anything can bring people here ?
Absolutely shocking,
Called in there today with my good lady to get a coffee and a bite to eat. I wasn’t expecting the world or anything fancy, in fact what I did get was awful, we both had a coffee and a cheese and onion slice. When we found a table we sat down to eat we opened the box containing the food and both found that the cheese slices were well over cooked, we carried on regardless and opened up our slices only to find absolutely nothing inside them and I mean nothing. The pastry was like concrete and inedible.
Never to return again. Lesson learnt

Getting bit stingy. Serving size getting smaller especially amount of rice served with curry. Taste is good mostly but expensive.
