I love Doctors, my doctor is in dermatology department and she is the best, she listens and cares about patients, nurses are kind and welcoming BUT the front desk lady Alicia Hope is RUDE, ARROGANT AND RACIST!!!

Unfortunately every visit I have I have to deal with this awful lady.

Expected to be able to charge my car during my appointment. Ended up on the 4th floor with no charging because all the charging slots on floors 1-3 were taken. An astonishing number of charging slots installed, but the majority were occupied by backed in non-EV cars. Do not count on being able to charge your car!

This hospital is a great place for children. All the staff were very professional and so welcoming and compassionate. They took great care of my baby. They made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything they took care of us also. All the nurses and doctors went above and beyond. I'm so happy this hospital was where my son ended up at. Great great great

Parking lot for Children’s hospital. $9 up to 6 hrs.

Parking sucks but the staff is amazing. Some have become like family. Our year of treatment wasn’t perfect but my daughter is alive so that’s all that matters.

Treating my baby with the most up respect I love hospital for more ways than one. If your child is sick recommend it's Hospital more than any in the area.

Easy in and out parking. Security was always friendly in the 4 months we had to spend going there to see our daughter in the NICU (RIP HJH we love you).
