The person (assuming it's a female) who is responsible for answering the phone and arranging rides for patient was so rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, and has no care in the world for the patients who uses this transportation. She authorized arranged pickup for patients outside of the time scheduled, that was done through the insurance, either too early or too late. How is that even okay? Then when she was questioned why my mom was left by the driver, she had the nerves to yell at me saying that "she wasn't left". My mom was NOT aware that the driver can't wait, even though they were the ones who came there early, and had to leave they just left without noticing the patient.
The fact that I'm not the patient and got this kind of response from a representative of the company who I trusted to care for my mom is concerning! If you can yell and mistreated someone who isn't the patient I cant even imagine what you would do with the actual patient. This person has no sympathy and doesn't care to help them. She kept saying "I don't care" like why is this company letting this untrained unprofessional female working with vulnerable adults? Is this What this transportation company is all about? No care in the world for the patients that uses it? What a horrible experience!
The lady or owner of this company was so rude, snotty, and has poor customer service. Multiple occasions where I, or any of my family members give them a feedback on either about the bad treatment from the drivers, or their poor communications, she automatically goes into defense mode. Talks to me as if I do not understand the Hmong language or as if I’m stupid. Such poor customer service. I would NOT recommend! If I could give a —5 rating, I would!
My family and I have had the worse service with U-Ride Transportation! Appointment time is set at a specific time everyday and they are constantly too early or too late for pick up. They either say they will be there an hour ahead or 5 minutes before your appt. Within the last 2 weeks, they were at least 15 minutes late to pick up and we had to reschedule appts 4x! Seriously. And the lady on the other end had the nerve to tell me to go somewhere else for services because I was not a priority. She kept talking over me and not allowing me to explain. She kept saying, "Go ahead and get transportation somewhere else" or "I don't care."
Really, I don't care and go ahead comments?!? Seriously. Real professional lady. Don't work with this company. They will screw you and the managed care programs over.
Wow I had set up a ride to get to my Drs apt & no show ??? I called them & was brushed off & hung up on & called setupucare ride & they apologized & said we have no clue what happened & I had to cancel my Drs Apt & make another one as soon as a can ,now I have to set up another ride ,wow uride was rude & hung up ,not happy I been using uride for a quite a number of years & no issues ,sad ,NOT HAPPY I guess for the first time after using Uride I am going to try Transittrip this time ,uride couldn't accommodate my apt ride & sad because a few drivers know us & were friendly with me & my sis ..
I'm not overly Impressed. DO NOT LET THEM CARRY YOUR BAGS they don't tell you this until you get the BILL ... THEY CHARGE EXTRA To carry your Bags!!! I took a URide that Normally would have cost me roughly $30 but I made the mistake of letting the Driver help me with my bags because I had hurt my legs and was clearly in Pain and even though I TOLD Them I was fine they OFFERED to do it then CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR IT! Which ended up costing me $62
WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS- WHEN MOM WAS ALIVE! I HAVE USED THEM MYSELF! WE EVEN KNOW DRIVERS!
1ST TIME IN YEARS, A NO SHOW! MY SISTER CALLED TO SEE THE ISSUE! THEY WERE RUDE TO MY SISTER BRUSHED HER OFF AND SAID CALL OUR HEALTHCARE! SISTER MADE SURE THEY HEARD I AM NOT HAPPY!
SIS HAD TO CANCLE HER APPOINTMENT, RESCHEDULE! CALLED OUR HEALTHCARE TO SETUP NEW RIDE!
1ST TIME EVER U-RIDE COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE THE NEW APPOINTMENT!
YEARS OF USING THIS MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICE AND...........
WE ARE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED, UPSET, AND SADDENED!
YEARS!
My first time riding I was told 1pm for a 1:45p appointment and I’m still sitting in my home waiting to be picked up very bad first impression and very bad experience I will not schedule with this company again
