The employees here seem inexperienced with nail care. When I requested a fix, the technician seemed frustrated and redid it roughly, causing a cut on my finger and neglecting to apply anything to it. Each nail ended up lopsided and uneven, leaving me extremely dissatisfied. As someone who reviews products and creates videos, I'll now have to find another salon to redo my nails. The current outcome is embarrassing to look at, and it doesn't meet the standards I need for my content.
This is a small but nice nail salon. It's owned by a wonderful couple who work so well together. I have always been able to walk in and get service. The hot stone pedicure is amazing. I have gnarly toes, but they do a good job. This is pink chrome gel.
Don’t think I will be back. I went here for a mani pedi. As I was getting situated in the seat to get my feet done by the man the woman immediately came over to start on my nails. It took the whole relaxation out of the experience. I don’t know if they know how uncomfortable it is to move your left hand over to the right side while getting your back massaged and get your feet done. This is not the first time this has happened to me there but it will for sure be my last time. I could see if they were busy but I was literally the only customer there.
I wish I read the reviews prior to walking into this place. I paid for a VIP pedi that was very misleading. I didn’t even get the basics like my cuticles being trimmed. The gentleman was mostly cutting at the air as if he couldn’t really see what he was doing. The service was a joke. The room smelled like sewage, the paint job was sloppy, wrong color was brought out, etc. I came. In with gel on my toes and the removal of that consisted of a light drilling. There was no soak-off. I explained twice that the old gel was still present, but it didn’t seem to matter. In the 25 years I’ve gone to nail salons, this was by far the worst one!
Fake license! I asked to speak to the owner because nothing was sanitized the lady doing nails said she didn’t know who the owner was! She also didn’t know how to apply an overlay. I asked several times to see her license and the guy that was working on a pedicure and they just kept repeating what what ? When I presented my professional license and title they got very upset and snatched the license down off the wall. But not soon enough I was still able to take a picture! BEWARE
I got a pedicure here two days ago. The man who did my nails cut my big toe nail deep into the quick and it got infected badly. I’m guessing - non sterilized tools. Day 2 my doctor put me on heavy antibiotics as the infection spread throughout half of my toe. If it’s not better tomorrow my doctor says I’ll have to go to the hospital and have part of my nail removed. Run, don’t walk, away from this place as fast as you can!!!
I came here the other day and I walked in and waited for a few minutes which was fine. But when I was seated and my nails were starting to be worked on, I told the lady that I wanted my nails to be Almond shaped. She completely did them wrong and I had to ask her to reshape some of them. She filed One of my thumbnails on the side too short. To were now it hurts and I have to wear a Band-Aid because it was bleeding. I also told her that I did not like the color and she did not listen. Also I told her that she did not have to refile my thumbnails that they were fine and she did it anyway. Which caused it to be too short on one side. I am definitely not the kind of person to come on here and review but to me this was ridiculous I have went to so many nail places trying to find the right one and I feel like everywhere I go there’s something wrong. But I also feel bad to be rude and actually speak my mind when I’m there so I still pay and tip really good Because I used to be a server. But while she was doing my nails there was a couple that came in behind me and they walked out because they were not seen. And she told me she thought that they were my parents. I am 21 years old and I came there by myself I don’t understand why she assumed that these people were my parents when they even signed the chart she asked them to, So the lady can get her nails done. I am sorry but this is just the worst experience I have ever had.
I wanted to love this salon until now. I invited my husband to join me in getting a pedicure before we left for a Mexican work vacation. He is diabetic which we told the man. 1 day into our vacation, my husband’s right big toe became inflamed and infected obviously from unsterile instruments. We went to the resort doctor. She has put him on an antibiotic. Stay tuned because this could get worse, and we may have to fly home. I would give them a 0 star if it was a choice. Shame on them. Run very fastly away from this unsanitary place!!!!
