Police Staff are very professional, approachable and friendly. However, the building seems to be shared with council staff whom sadly do not share the same level of customer service.
Police there are decent, management are pretty approachable and polite, however, some of the council staff need to work on their approach.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my MOT, they guys are fantastic and treat me like a human being not an idiot like most garages have. Oh yeah my car has never failed an MOT since going here, which is more than what I can say about other garages, my car failed an MOT took it here and passed a few days after it failed, coincidence I think not.
MOT's to the public by appointment. They do no repairs so no incentive to fail you. Good honest work by qualified staff.
