Twynham Motors came recomended from a neighbour, having had recent bad experiences when trying to book my car in for service I decided to give them a go, welcoming and excellent customer service , everybody very helpful and pleasant, something others could learn from I feel. I have used these premises for quite a few years, would never go anywhere else. If he finds a fault with your vehicle, he will explain what it is and how to remedy it, but he will leave it upto you, as to what you do, he never puts it's across in such a way, that you feel he is touting for business. I fully trust him and his team, with my 18yr old car. I used to to take it to a dealership, when I bought it second hand 14yrs ago, I wish I had known about him then. He will even arrange to pick up and return your car, if need be, at no extra cost. I can't praise him or his team enough.
Excellent service, have been doing my servicing and Mots now for a couple of years. If any major problems found with your vehicle, they will let you know, and give a price before you give them the go ahead to do the repair

Excellent Garage, Great Workmanship, Excellent Value.
Its refreshing to finally find an honest garage that does not rip you off or add work or parts that are not needed. This garage I originally tried as it was close to our company my first job I was quoted £95 which I was happy with but on arrival to paying they said it was £75 as they did not need to fit pads this was a first going to a garage to find its cheaper. Ever since then I have had my car in a few times and now my wife's car. Every time they are helpful and honest and even fit parts which I supply at times just charging around £50 per hour to fit. Plus if its an emergency they will always try and squeeze you in. I highly recommend this garage at its a rare find these days in the wild west !!
I have been happy to use Twynham Motor Service for many years now. I have found Mike and his team to be entirely trustworthy and always been treated in a very pleasant and professional manner, no matter how big or small my motor problems have happened to be. I could not recommend this garage more highly.
Most helpful and reasonably priced business ever. Had work done for an mot if I’d know they did mots too I’d Hv booked here but was already checked in elsewhere / highly recommend MIKE brilliant welder.
