Don’t bring your child to the emergency room unless it’s the last option. The staff doesn’t know how to treat a kid. I had to watch two nurses discuss in front of me who would do a test on my child because none wanted to do because she was too small.

The place wasn’t busy at all and the doctor still took hours to show up. He barely checked my kid, he wasn’t even there for the final diagnosis. The nurse (the same that didn’t want to do the test on my daughter) had to tell me the diagnosis and even that, they ignored a lot of symptoms she had and I told them but they belittled my concerns. They didn’t even pay attention to what I was saying basically.

Front desk people were amazing though!! Super nice! Doctor and nurse was an horror show. Bringing a child in the middle of the night to the ER it’s already so traumatizing and hard and having this experience made everything worst.

I’m gonna research the name of the doctor and the nurse and come back to update my review adding their names in here.

January got a hip replacement at tco.

Unprofessional, asked personal questions in front family members.Never felt so much embarrassment in my life.I called his supervisor, he defended him.i hope managment reads this!

Sounds like he's had problems with patients before,feedback from coworkers.

I have no complaints or issues with the physician or nurses at 212. Never had any problems with the care myself and my children received. I would recommend 212 before any other hospitals. That’s just me.

my husband was there for knee surgery. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, including the café that I sent home a couple of meals for us. It was very appreciated as Was the kindness of the staff, the medical staff, the hospital staff, the café staff

This one of the worst clinic/Hospital I've ever been in. The doctors only do half there job. Had an MRI done and there was NO follow-up call. When I finally did get an appointment it took 3 months and didn't get the video call that I was supposed to. When the doctor called to me my MRI was normal and I should go the a different clinic. This was Dr. Sabrina Khan. Don't see her if you want to get answers.

Go somewhere else, this place is the worst!!! After spending hours waiting to be seen, they do as little as possible and tell you to go home and some Tylenol or ibuprofen. I went in for an ear ache I was in extreme pain. Found out my ear was perforated my ear drum was infected and had a whole in it. The Dr prescribed some antibiotics after belittling me for not being able to take penicillin’s. When i asked about something for the pain she said we don’t do that. Take some Tylenol or Ibuprofen I told her I had been taking 650mg Tylenol’s that wasn’t helping all she could say is well I have to find antibiotic you can take. I’ll give you something while you’re here. She walked out. She put in my discharge paper to take 600 mg ibuprofen after seeing that walking out I had to ask someone if they could go ask her if she would write a prescription for the ibuprofen. They don’t sell 600mg ibuprofen and i who wants to buy a bottle of ibuprofen so they can take a handful at a time. Chances are you will leave here feeling the same if not worse and with more questions than went you went in there. They have no such thing as bed side manner

My emergency room visit/experience at Two Twelve Medical Center couldn't have been smoother or better. The medical staff is compassionate, kind, thorough, and extremely competent.

Grateful and Thankful for what everyone at your ER department has done for me and my friend today.
