Been going to this place for years through 3 sets of owners it’s clearly at its peak now Dan has lifted this place from a local tourist spot into a legitimate and entertaining space for locals, tourist, and new comers to the area.

The atmosphere is amazing with live music most the day from karaoke and musicians alike. The food was served quickly after ordering. It’s a typical bar food menu with Helen’s local Bavarian flair added in. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and delicious. The McDadeo was a creative take on an elevated Big Mac style burger and the Basic Cheeseburger which had nothing to mask the beef’s quality and flavor, was on point. Quality beef and not something that was microwaved or just reheated. The seasoning was just enough to highlight the beef’s flavor and the cook was a perfect just over medium, it didn’t dry out the natural juice or quality of the meat.

The bartenders nailed the drinks we had and the pricing was on par with the local bars if not slightly lower. The wait staff was friendly and outgoing and several servers spoke to us that were not working our area. The owner was busy helping the staff and checking on guest, and when he was able we had a great conversation and discussed his vision for what has made the place so impressive. The karaoke was on for the night and the host kept the music going on the outdoor patio garden area, but not so obnoxiously loud you couldn’t talk to people near you. We definitely had a great time and this has become a regular stop for us since it’s only about 25 minutes from home.

The TWT has definitely solidified its place as a Helen hot spot.

Congratulations to the entire crew and managers and owners, you’ve made a once edge of town quick stop a place you can spend an entire afternoon and evening without wanting to leave and search for something else.

They had a good drink menu that made ordering easy.

We loved the outside porch & bar, they also have an indoor bar & seating if you prefer to eat indoors.

But we had our Luna & loved that the patio was pet friendly.

Great little bar right in the middle of Helen Georgia. Definitely recommend the wings. The service was completely awesome. We didn't have to wait or ask for anything. Our server was on top of it. We were there for the 4th of July. Great view of the fireworks in downtown. A. Must-stop if you visit Helen and enjoy live music and good people

Stopped in for a beer and pretzel. Beautiful day for their patio!

The cheese and mustard for pretzel were outstanding, but look out for the horseradish in the mustard, it's amazing, but it was surprising!

Can't wait to return for a weekend on the bike! Loved this little town!

Top Notch place! From the service to the food to the atmosphere! My husband and I (in our early 40’s) loved this little place. They had karaoke the both nights we went which was awesome, the servers both nights were great. Emily was great both times very attentive and very personable. Would highly recommend this place when visiting for a small town good bar. The owners were wonderful we met them on our last night in town! They work the restaurant and it definitely shows! We will definitely be back and will definitely tell others about this place! Great job guys keep doing what your doing

Girls weekend celebration for my 50th! We stopped in at Two Tire Tavern twice and had drinks. Super cool place with indoor & outdoor seating, live music, & great drinks. We sat at the bar & the ladies took care of us! They're super friendly & so much fun! Highly recommend hanging out there & having some food/drinks.

Stopped here one evening after dinner elsewhere for some libations with some new friends we met here in Helen. Got to know quite a bit of folks on the dog-friendly patio. It was a nice stop to round out our evening in the friendly town of Helen, Georgia.

Great biker bar. Even great for non-bikers!!

You can tell how good a business is when they are busy and at high traffic times. NEW YEARS EVE afternoon... They were slammed. But they managed the crowd well. The service was NOT sacrificed one bit. I was impressed by how all the wait staff worked together, never acting like "that's not my table", like we see in so many places. It was a great environment, staff attended to all tables and provided excellent service to everyone!!!! We will be back. Thanks for the great afternoon!!
