Get my car brakes fixed was able to get a diagnostics
Wish I could give zero starts went to get my tire plugged around 12 noon went to Philly and the same night around 8pm I was on the side of the road because my tire went flat the same one they plugged the whole plug was out of the hole in my tire and stuck to the outside of the tire where the tread is
Our mechanic Mac is one of the hardest working people my wife and I have ever met the shop is incredibly helpful and nice and great work I would recommend them to anyone!
Poor communications left me without my car to get to work. It was a fairly basic service that shouldn't even have taken a novice mechanic more than 90mins. Thought I'd save myself the time of doing it myself because I thought they had better equipment, but 2 days later was not anticipated. & I was promised a phone call at the end of the 1st day which never happened. Instead they locked my car in the garage and went home. Not professional, not cool.
Called and got prompt response ,came right over and got the tire we needed put on quick and efficiently
Well I am one of the employees working for the company two J's Auto services. Thanks for the positive reviews and to the person who thinks they have all the information regarding the tire specifications your completely lost tires in this state must be within 7 years of today's date and pa requires the tred to cover Lincoln's head on a penny. As far as your accusations regarding Mr Kim I guess you know something everyone else doesn't. And I never broke a sensored valve stem ever. But I treat everyone equally regardless of the jobs value or time frame. The only problems I have encountered is price gouging and running a well astablished company into the ground owners at fault are Mr Kim, Mr Na, Mr sho.
