I have been to the Two Hares previously for their Sunday Roast and it was delicious. This time I took my Nana and we tried their breakfast. Despite my high expectations It didn’t disappoint...
I got the Brioche french toast and it was by far the best I have ever tasted. It was a generous portion, served nice and hot, ample maple syrup was provided and it had the texture of clouds. Super fluffy and super yummy. Nana had the smashed avo and toast with added bacon and equally enjoyed that. The Yorkshire tea also sealed the deal.
I continue to recommend the Two Hares to anyone and everyone in Glossop :)
Lovely hidden cafe, bar and shop located in Glossop with friendly and helpful staff. A good range of breakfast, brunch, and late lunch offerings at a reasonable price (Available all day). I had the Nudja and Chorizo baked eggs and a Cappuccino. Will have to come back to try their cakes.
Nduja chorizo baked eggs are spot on. Cracking food. Looking forward to the next visit to try something else ????

Been for breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday dinner. Staff really good, food excellent and very different from the usual cafe stuff. And we can take our little dog!
We’ve been attending since the Hyssop days and they never fail to disappoint.
This time we went for a Sunday roast at Two Hares and it was incredible. By far the best place in Glossop. Don’t miss it!
Crunch factor on their sandos is a solid 12/10.

If I could change anything is there needs to be better ventilation??
But please, everyone should go in. The staff is phenomenal and it’s so quaint.
The food at the Two Hares is wonderful and those who remember Hyssop's in Glossop will know..Nice atmosphere and comfortable...friendly staff. Give it a try. You will go again.
