Since new ownership ....the women that answers is rude it takes over 20 min to get a cab and sometimes you call back after the wait and she says well no cars available. I loved this company but now I would rather walk in a blizzard then deal with there attitudes
Literally the worst. The drivers are drunk, the taxis are always dirty and stinks. They are also super unprofessional.
At first the company was great but they take 20-30 minutes just to arrive. The price is good though but they take forever.
If I could give no stars I would this cab will call your phone number back and once they realize you are not Hispanic they say they don’t have any cabs available!! This is discrimination and very prejudice I would never support this company!!!
Bad always makes you wait forever tell me we going to be downstairs in 5 min had me down there waiting 30 min and still didn’t show up
The taxi came within 4 minutes of my call fir service the last driver was pleasant an polite. The only complaint was at the time the taxi itself need a lot of repairs from the heavy fumes from the exhaust fuel line that was turning into a headache when i asked to lower the window. Other wise I paid $8 for any other taxi would have charged $5. I like the fast service.
This car service is the worst service don't use them they r racist and disrespectful they never on time and when u call them they hang the phone up on u.and keep charging u different price.
Service was bad, the driver took forever. Then when he FINALLY arrived and we tried to tell him we didn't have any need for his services, he gave us a attitude and proceeded to tell us that " He's not a idiot, and not to lie to him". Very disrespectful. No one was even trying to be rude to him. So thats why I gave you this review. If I could give half a star I would.
