This place is a must every time we visit the fam. The manager opened the door for us as we approached. His server was delightful, his cooks made our lunch perfectly and super quick as well. I had the carne adovada breakfast burrito smothered Xmas style. So. Stupid. Good. Thanks so much!
I love this location! It is always clean and the staff is friendly. They always make your food when you order it so it comes out nice and hot and fresh. The breakfast burritos and twister burritos are my favorite but my kiddo loves the burgers and fries.
I go to Twisters all the time but not this particular location very often, it's just not in my neighborhood. I walked in tonight and I was hit with a VERY strong odor of raw sewage, the person behind the counter said that it had been that way for quite a while. The odor was overwhelming, it smelled like a VERY ripe porta-potty. I almost left but I decided to order anyway and eat outside. Seriously, they need to get this fixed immediately, I have no idea what the delay is but it can't be good for business. Those poor employees... the smell was NOT subtle.
I ordered a green chili chicken twister burrito with extra tomato and green chili. I got the smallest burrito I have ever gotten from Twisters with a lot of curly fries to make it look bigger. Because I went and hour before they closed the soda machine was off and the worker just decided to give me a Pepsi not even asking what I wanted to drink. The evening shift is garbage and I will never go during that shift again. Do better!!!!
Aleah was the rudest person in that place. She spoke to the employees horribly, she seemed flustered as if she didn’t know what she was doing. This is crazy to see from an assistant manager as they are 2nd in line to take over the store. This was one of my worst visits to twisters as the morality of the employees seemed low due to Aleah bad talking to them and putting them down. She seems far too young, irresponsible, and immature to be an assistant manager in my opinion. I went in Thursday at around 7:30-7:40pm and a young man had came and helped take my order and get me drinks. While he was getting my drinks I overheard Aleah speaking to him in one of the most disrespectful and immature tones/voice I have ever heard from an assistant manager. I did not get to clearly hear the conversation as the young man stayed quiet, I heard Aleah cursing at him calling him names such as “stupid” and “dumb”. Please do better twisters this is why kids don’t want to work because of horribly managers like this one.
Went and had a breakfast burrito. Good taste, but small. Fast and friendly service. Very clean place. Very helpful staff.
Im not mad the resturant was a mess. Im not mad the food took over 30 mins. Im not mad at staff in anyway, in fact the person at the counter was very nice and told us there was a wait.
Im mad that if management knows they arent going to be able to keep up due to staffing, that they arent getting them more help or just closing the dining room. The drive through is non stop action. Thats great,for biz, but the dining room was disgusting, bathrooms disgusting, and food was also terrible. The issues at this location are 100% the fault of terrible management and ownership.
Ill never be back. Ill never reccommend.
This twisters is the only twister that I go too in Albuquerque. It's clean in store and through the drive through. They are always fast and are very knowledgeable about there own menu. I feel there over worked for bad pay but that's minimum wage. Not ment to live on. I keep telling workers there go to collage or work a trade. Minimum wage was neverenr for you to support your self with. A career with invested time will!
