Too pricey ???? the customers service mostly teenagers but they need to work in their attitude, like hey u getting pay for your service be nice ???? with you customers
The ice cream is great, but the service is horrible. What was intended as a nice little family outing, turned into an unpleasant experience. We were missing an item and the staff became extremely rude when I asked. If I didn’t pay for it, then no big deal, ring me up. Instead they argued and acted like I was crazy. A hefty guy in a red shirt argued behind the window saying that we had it and we had already eaten it. This has not been the only time I experienced poor customer service at this location.
You can never go wrong with ice cream, really...
Lots of options, flavors, ideas, and combinations.
Costumer service is ok, mostly teenagers, nice vibes, always smiling quick and clean.
Only problem, you may wanna carry cash with you as their system occasionally falls thru due to internet connectivity, be patient for the transaction to be completed, or pay cash.
Other wise, great place for a quick cold and refreshing cone, shake, or kitty cup.
I got a chocolate mocha shake with cheesecake and maaaan that thing was so good!! We need a few of these in Biloxi, MS

It seems to have a rewards system for points if you are a frequent buyer. Ask about it if you go very often.
