Great ice cream. Wish they had a more seating areas.
I just started going to this Twistee treat and this by far the best one compared to the others. Ice cream is splendid, the service is great and especially Xavier. He made me feel welcome and he gave me a great recommendation for my first time there and I will definitely come back again because of him.
love this place! just went last week for the first time since coming to tampa and i love it. at the window i was helped by xavier and he was so great! i loved my icecream and will definitely be coming again. thank you xavier!
This place is amazing! I was greeted at the window by Xavier and he was so understanding that it was my first time, he went through the menu with me and helped me pick something out, a strawberry sundae with sprinkles. And it was so good and came out super quick! Definitely will be going again????
I went to go order and i asked if i could get the flavor i wanted and they told me that they didn’t know what flavor i was talking about until i corrected myself but instead of trying to be understanding the staff was super rude and unhelpful the sad part is i think it was one of the managers of the place. Hospitality was no where to be found. I could also hear yelling inside don’t know what that was about but clearly the environment was toxic.
Management was awful. I talked to the manager about a simple mistake ( got vanilla instead of the swirl mix) and they were unhelpful, rude and honestly petty. It was not a big deal. I din’t even ask to replace it but the Red hair big lady was simply not hospitable. Like it was my fault they got my order wrong. Like cool of hot head.
I had a poor experience at the drive through I took a little time to look at the menu and they had no patience what so ever. The woman was so rude and it seemed she held a grudge when i got to the window there was no hospitality. Service with a smile is non existent here. Plus people from my school work there and i heard they bought their reviews. Its obvious too.
Was on a trip and decided to stop by this twisted treat site. I was greeted by a young lady named Sheila who was very sweet and angelic. I was indecisive on what to get so I asked for her opinion and she gave me the best dessert ever! This site is very lucky to have such a respectful, caring, and friendly young lady! Will never forget my experience at this twistee treat thanks to Sheila !!
