My wife took our daughter here to get hair, makeup, and nails done before the Daddy Daughter dance. Jen did a fantastic job, and my daughter absolutely loved every minute of it. She was so excited to tell me about everything. Thank you Jen!
My Mother-In -Law Mary had a Great Experience. I personally have not been there before. But the way the took care of her and how she was doing and how patient they were with her. I was very Impressed. All the Hairdressers asked if she was OK and what happened. Shows who has Heart.

My 5 year old daughter had her hair cut by Lindsay. We didn't have to wait, she was ready the moment we arrived. She talked to my daughter and asked her what she wanted done. She was fast and the haircut was absolutely adorable. My daughter and myself are very happy.
Awesome as always. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Have had Lori Horton as my stylist for years and she never disappoints. Haven't stopped having her style my hair since she saved me from a horrendous haircut I had just before my brother's wedding 8 years ago. She worked a miracle with very little save options. Love all of them there!
The only place I get my hair cut! Just got a perm and love that too! They are also super reasonable despite the excellent skills!
Stephanie was so AMAZING with my daughter & I. Upfront, honest, calmed our nerves & did an AMAZING job with the cut & dye. It was a difficult task we asked for also.
Haircut with Stephanie was uneven. Lindsey performed a relaxer on my hair after strongly expressing in our consultations I did not want anything but a smoothing treatment on my hair, they are two very different chemicals. My hair is growing out horribly and dry and all I asked for was a bottle of deep conditioning treatment to take home and she basically called me a liar and denied my request nor did she take any acknowledgment to try to rectify a problem. I told her the main chemical ingredient in a relaxer that is different than a smoothing treatment and she told me again that she couldn't find that information anywhere. I just hung up with a matrix rep who in fact confirmed that that product is a relaxer because of the ingredient & the process, compared to a smoothing treatment. For a stylist to not acknowledge nor rectify a clients concern is highly unprofessional, & for these 2 stylists who performed unsatisfactory services shows lack of skill.
