If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My niece just got a perm and a hair cut here. It looks absolutely HORRENDOUS.
The hairstylist was not specialized as we were told she was. What her hair looked like walking in versus what she left with. She would have been better off never using their services. NEVER USE THIS SALON!
I had this service done months ago but am just now posting because I just scheduled another haircut appointment and thought why not.
I had my hair trimmed and permed by Abbi and she was very nice and did a great job. I will say my hair is very long and i got the small hair rods so my hair had to be wrapped around the rod MANY times. I think the ends of my hair didn’t develop as well because it’s hard for the chemical to saturate through that many layers of hair which was not Abbi’s fault and I was still satisfied with my hair.
I’m going back for a shorter haircut this friday and in a few months I will try the perm again with shorter hair.
I’m still crying!!! $250 “balayage” the color was super blond and very unnatural, so I had her tone it again to make it darker. I don’t think they understand color formulas. This looks like I did my own hair with peroxide. I have orange patches on my roots this is so unacceptable and they need more training on balayage. This is not it, these are early 2000’ highlights at best. The girl was sweet and I was there for hours. I didn’t want to crush her spirit but after I left I drove my car, parked, and literally cried. I feel ripped off with that price. I feel like I was charged for her mistakes, and the extra products and time needed to try to fix it. I acted happy as the owner stood there and let me get charged that amount and leave with this result. How are some of my roots dark and I have orange baby hairs?!?! Does this even make sense?!
Abbi cut my hair today and I can’t say enough great things about her and my cut! She took my hair from a chopped us mess by another salon and made it look amazing!! I will definitely go back for my 6-8 week trim! Thank you Abbi!
I came in to get my ends cut on 3/11/23. I have naturally curly hair and when I left and straightened my hair, my ends weren’t even cut. Clearly, this business is only for people with straight hair. I wasted $40 and had to pay to get it cut AGAIN because my ends were never cut. I’m not sure what those scissors were used for but it wasn’t my hair. You can look at the photo I took after I straightened my hair and see the split ends still there. Definitely won’t be coming back.
I had been growing out my hair for a while and I decided to get cleaned up. The hairstylist did it pretty quick and left it better than I expected.
Brenna is an excellent petition. It's taking me a long time to find somebody that will do my hair the way I like it. Not the way they like it. I was so happy when I found Brenna having going to her now for almost 6 months. I enjoy the aviance of the place in the cleanliness of the place. Thanks to twisted sisters and Brenna. I am happy it's the way my hair is.
KIDS Haircut: I have taken my kids from 2 yrs to 8 yrs old. Can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is very patient and good at their job! Also they prices are not crazy ridiculous as they are in most kid-haircut places. Will definitely come back !
