I have had the pleasure of being a client and a part of the Twin Image Salon family. Initially I was drawn to them for my talented sister is a senior stylist employed with them. It soon became clear that this was the perfect fit for my sister and our family. The welcoming atmosphere is immediately available as soon as you open the door. The front desk staff can be at times the one of the owners who is not above doing anything and everything to assist a client with their cosmetology needs. Creative,fun and friendly people who are going to go that extra mile everyday, all day. PERIOD. Throughout my sister's career I have and will always follow. But I have truly seen the Warner family encourage, invest time and time again in my sister's talent. You're doing yourself a disservice by not paying a visit to the salon. It's been relocated to North Liberty a growing community with convenient location and parking. Feel free to thank me later and ask for Megan Meskimen.
I had scheduled appointments for my son and myself towards the end of December for early January. My son had a lovely job done with Nick. However, my appointment had to be rescheduled by the stylist at the last minute (morning of the appointment) due to health reasons, fine. I rescheduled for 2 weeks later and not 20 minutes before my appointment it gets cancelled, again, and I am asked to reschedule. Two times canceled with very short notice is poor form. I understand things happen, but I no longer want to even try to reschedule a third time. I'll be looking for another salon.
Nick is amazing! My 3 yo had his first real haircut here and Nick totally put us both at ease and had my son chatting the whole time! Great rapport and bonus points for pulling off a great haircut while my son sat in my lap! Everyone was friendly and professional! Highly recommend!
We’ve been going to Twin Image for over 10 years and our experiences have always been superb. Carissa and Karl are excellent! They’re professional, friendly, timely, and have great customer service. Nick cuts my two year old son’s hair and his patience and skills are above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them more!
This was my first time at a salon in Iowa City to get my hair highlighted and it was fantastic! The salon is clean, well organized, and upbeat. The staff (especially Beth) were friendly and professional—and I loved the final result! I will definitely be coming back for my hair needs
Very pedicure, when I called to set up a full set nail service, full body massage, and a facial. They longer have these services. Got my gift card from a friend just for these services and now they no longer provide them.
My daughter (11 years old) wanted to treat herself to a highlight. Beth did a great job. Her hair looked amazing, and other clients were commenting how good she looked. Will be back!
Amazing experience! I had my appointment with Cindy and she was absolutely stellar. 5 stars isn't enough for her and this salon.
