I would love to give the business 5 stars but they have totally ignored my calls for about 3 months now. I purchased a car for my son from them in March I understood it was as is but the owner promised if I had any problem I could bring it back and he would fix for a good price. That was cool. My son have driven the car for 2 weeks before we had the first issue. We took it back and they fixed it. A month later my On broke down on the highway. Again they were helpful and we bought it in to have it serviced for the same issue (overheating). A month later the car started over heating again. Each time we took it it we paid for the repair. As of now the car has been sitting for months. I called twin automotive 31 times an even left messages and no reply. I would rather them fix the car instead of taking it to someone else sine they know the history of the car. As a small business owner I wanted to supposed this business but we believe I have them plenty of time to make things right. So at this point I paid for a car and insurance for a car that was driven about 40 days since March.
I have been taking my car and family cars here for a couple of years. Eddie is great to work with and does a great job. I recently dropped off my Granddaughter's car that had a leaking brake line.
Tire kingdom gave her an estimate for $836 to fix stuff that didn't need to be fixed. I brought it to Twin Cam Automotive and he fixed it for less than 25% of the estimate from Tire Kingdom. It's hard to find an honest auto repair shop. I finally found one I can trust.
They are amazing, always get the job done
Eddie provided me a very fair price for all the work performed on my BMW. Even though I live far from here, I take the time to bring my car all the way here.
His technical skills are superb and he offered me technically sound options for the needed repairs while being conscious of my wallet.
Eddie Espinoza is that rare find: a mechanic who knows what he's doing and who charges extremely reasonable rates. Eddie has often gone above and beyond to keep my vehicle on the road and I never get "mechanic speak" from him; he explains in plain layman's terms what's wrong with my car and what it will take to fix it. When you find a good mechanic, you hold on to him! This one is a keeper!!
I have been getting my Cadillac Escalade worked on at Twin Cam for a number of years and they do very good work I am always pleased they are very nice and respectful and they do the work in a timely manner ????thank you
