Terrible I went on Sunday I know it’s busy but the pharmacist gave me false information when I called to check whether they had the medication - she said they’ve got it but when I get there they didn’t!!!! Also kept me waiting over half an hour only to find out they never had the alternative medicine either anyway and she didn’t have the decency to say sorry or even come out and talk to me. What’s the point of a pharmacy if the pharmacist doesn’t want to come out and talk to people?? She just wanted to stay hidddn in the back. Find a pharmacy with an actual pharmacist to speak to instead of this one. Total joke.
The chemist had no customers in pharmacy. Two staff, one each end of counter. Member of staff in blue showed no interest. I looked to the seemingly inexperienced and shy Member of staff, who partially misunderstood my question. The tunic interrupted, deciding to show off , becoming professionally obstructive in the most provocatively cynical of ways. Disgusting.
Collected a prescription today, the pharmacy was very busy with lots of people with different needs, the whole team were fantastic dealing with difficult situations and still took the time in it to explain the medication which I haven't taken before.
I have seen a few reviews regarding service, I personally would rather wait an extra few minutes to have the personal service they give you
Counter staff want to finish their story then serve you. Untrained staff that lack basic consultation skills. Unaware of what is a P or a POM medication. Then put the onus on you when they can’t fulfil the request. No customer service training, started to berate me because I didnt tell them which dose is a P - that is your job within your training if you are lacking knowledge admit it and check the BNF don’t turn around and say it doesn’t exist to a patient seeking medical assistance. That is really alarming for the general public to receive misinformation hence I got so upset! Anyway go down road the twilight used them for years the pharmacist understood right away. All the best to lloyds - there is a reason your others are closing down.
My wife went in to the pharmacy today and was helped to apply for HRT pre payment certificate, a small lady , this will save us lots of money over the year, the lady was helpful and had a lovely manner even though it was busy and took her time with her
Pathetic service - no dispensing from 1 pm til 2 pm and no alternative arrangements - just the one Pharmacist on site. Unhelpfully directed to Boots as I'd be told there it was the same situation. Then provided with Lloyd's Bank's phone no. to complain to ???? ????
Spoke to the pharmacist on the phone and explained that no other pharmacy had the medication I required, the pharmacist confirmed they had it in stock. I told the pharmacist I was on my way and I’d be approximately 10-15 mins. Upon my arrival at the pharmacy I was told the pharmacist was on a lunch break and wouldn’t be back for 1 hour????
Why did the pharmacist not tell me this when I was on the phone to him????
Very useless pharmacy travelled her on 2 occasions to be told the pharmacist is too busy. What are all the other people standing around doing ? Surely it isnt hard to pass a box of tablets it would 20 seconds. Very selfish attitude and stuck up no help.
