I recently bought earrings from their Instagram store. Unfortunately one of the stones fell out shortly after purchase. After notifying the shop, they quickly had the piece repaired with no issues. I live in PA (ABQ native) so I was really happy they were able to get it repaired and shipped back quickly. Thank you Turquoise Shop!

Great help at the counter. A very nice price range of inventory - low to high. Very good selection of pottery, clothing, jewelry, wood carved items, woven bags and lamps. Plan on visiting again!
This place does have some nice jewelry, but every single time I come here with my Mexican mother the lady at the counter acts like poop just came into the door. She will help white customers, but always ignores the brown ones. I even saw her staring at my mother as if she were the scum of the earth. Again, this has happened a handful of times with my mother (we have been visiting this town for years), but when white looking me goes in I get helped. Sometimes we just go in to see if they still ignore Mexicans. It's backwards. If you are a plump, white woman, this place is for you, but chicanos beware.
A unique and classically Western jewelry, arts, crafts and gifts shop in the heart of the small and charming shopping mall in Cloudcroft.I discovered this shop quite by accident, and was charmed both by the wide variety of jewelry and crafts as well as the hospitality of the staff. I will be back (no matter that it's half way across the country).
Had a wonderful experience...Cherry waited on us and we learned alot about her shop and the town of Cloudcroft...she made our shopping trip such fun...we will be back!!!
