Awesome staff. They take care of you with enthusiasm and they are all very courtesy and respectful of there clients. Have shopped with them for many years and will continue to shop with them for many more years to come. Tim and Big Country have Always been especially helpful to us.
I find coupon for service very unprofessional, which is why we do not use your services in the first place. We had a HORRIBLE experience at your dealership. We also ended up on the side of the road after our truck was serviced there. The bad thing is you did not take responsibility for your actions. Even after another Ford dealership conformed the issues with our truck was due to your poor workmanship. After we told that dealership that we received the work at Turnpike, they even tried to work with you to fix the issue and you still denied it. Yet you still send us a coupon to get us back in there. It is very sad yet funny. Common business 101, you don't need coupons to get customers, you need to provide great customers service and credible work. We are still waiting for calls back from your service manager, owner and customer service department and now you send us a advertisement to use your services. Thanks to you we are very happy to say we would NEVER come back to your dealership and we will make sure we continue to inform others on the horrible experience you provide!!!

Great people, excellent service. I bough my 2019 RANGER in November already had oil change, tire rotation at 5000 miles. I have had issues with my ford pass 4 different times, and they resolved issue each time. Thank you Todd Judy Ford of Marmet.
Very friendly and helpful staff! My car overheated and locked up on a trip from Ohio to Florida and we got stranded here. Turnpike Ford helped us get back on the road in one day and shuttled us to where we needed to go in the meantime. We would have been lost without them. Highly recommend to anyone in the area or out of town!
I would most definitely recommend Todd Judy Ford East to all my family and friends. They treated me like a queen the day I brought my new car.
