Great service had what I needed
Mike and Cody gave us excellent service. We pulled in off of the highway on our way to North Carolina. They immediately diagnosed the problem and offered to help. Fixed the problem in 45 minutes and got us up and running! Very professionalAnd kind!
Long story short, I broke down in New Mexico and slept in my truck for 14 days, waiting for parts. I should have known it was bad when I saw the mechanic reading notes on fuel injector install. Anyway, I broke down again outside Tupelo with the same issue. #4 injector. I was referred to Mike and, within a few hours, was back on the road. The techs Ben and Cody were great to deal with. Mike was very understanding and knowledgeable about the issue. Upstanding group, and if I was a local, all my diesel work would go to Tupelo Diesl.
They definitely know what they are doing but that has it's good and bad side. They stay way to busy to think that you can just swing by an have something done real quick. That's not happening.
I had a no start issue with a 2005 Dodge 3500. These guys kept my truck for 6 months and the only change when I finally decided to pick it up was the two new batteries that I installed prior to dropping the truck off were ruined. These guys lied about everything. One week the truck was supposed to be running and the next week it didn't because of wiring issues, computer issues, etc. They told me they were starting it with starter fluid which is a no no. However, I don't believe it ever started. I was told the alternator was bad and replaced. That also was a lie. I was told a different lie each week for 3 or 4 months. After six months I was told the same chain of lies so I finally decided to pick up the truck. It was a chain of lies and rinse and repeat with the same stories that they told from the start. Never Never Never take your vehicle to these guys. Please save yourself the trouble. I could have had my truck fixed months ago. I'm scratching my head wondering why I was treated this way or why I allowed it for so long. I hope this helps someone else. If you read this and still take the gamble I suggest you pick up your vehicle after the first statement that you hear that doesn't sound accurate.
