Total rip off!! Charged me 85 for road service. Was a 33 mi drive 15 min fix. Then charged me 3 hours labor 285 Yet no parts were needed. If you can avoid this place for service I say call anyone else. They also refused to give me a invoice when requested. Due to they was helping a company to over charge me. Major rip off. 400 bucks for 1 hour. Scamers
I'm a vendor of sorts, I frequent the business occasionally to provide a service. I do windshield installations for their customers. They have a great team under that roof with professionals with skills and expertise. I enjoy frequenting the business. The manager is great to work with. I look forward to long standing service with the company.

Our 16 ft trailer needed to be repaired, we called in and got an appointment the next day. The repairs were excellent quality with fast and friendly service and they have earned us as a future customer. I would highly recommend bringing any trailer needing repairs to Tulsa trailer.
Beware - may overcharge
I called to arrange for a repair to my parents utility trailer. I was told about the call out fee and 2 hour minimum labor fee. I sent pictures of the broken trailer. They were unable to reach me by phone, so instead of contacting me through email or my parents phone number, they showed up unexpectedly two days later at my parents rural home. The technician did not give any estimate to my parents, or ask whether they felt it necessary to keep the hitch at 1 7/8” or use the 2” hitch he had brought with him. He made a trip into town to get the “right size” and also went the extra mile of painting the fresh weld. He didn’t ask about the need to paint, which was totally unnecessary. They were told the bill was $329, which they promptly paid by check. Later that afternoon, I received my first reply email asking if I was planning to pay the bill. I requested an invoice and was frustrated by the 3 hour labor fee. For an experienced, professional company, they seem unable to estimate and complete a simple trailer hitch replacement on a utility trailer in a timely manner.
These guys are awesome. This is our second time using them because they did such a good job the first time. Got us in fast and did a quality job. Everyone we have dealt with has always been so nice and helpful..definitely recommend them for any trailer work u may need.
Very friendly staff. Joey runs a good ship with great people. We were coming from out of town and they took very good care of us. Couldn't have asked for any better.
They fixed my trailer lights, took more than we both planned, but they took the time to do it for me. Thank you for a great experience
