I have 2 girls that went here, the first paid 65 tip and all and her nails are great (silver and nude), the second (red fench) turned out awful and the lady charged 70(that was with no tip). The red lady did some awful hearts and the nails are not consistent at all, different thickness, shape, and the were not at all what she wanted. The nail tech just kept saying she should get them the way she had hers but that wasn't what my daughter wanted and she wanted coffin shaped these are square. Needless to say we will probably not be coming back.
Really great atmosphere, kind people, offered me a drink and the pedicure was FANTASTIC. The only reason it is not five stars for me is because the gel manicure quality isn't my favorite - I got my manicure done for an event on Tuesday. By the end of the week, it had chipped and peeled already. Now, just a week later, four fingers on the left hand and three fingers on the right hand are also gone!
Definitely go for the pedicure, though - it was the best I've had in Temple!
I have been a long time patron of this salon. They never let me down, from the warm welcome, special customer care offering beverages and snacks. Not to mention I always leave there feeling right. Thank you Nancy and all those that work so hard at what you do.
I wouldn’t recommend my daughter when to get her nails and toes done for her graduation and her friend didn’t pay so they tried to keep my daughter and her take her phone very unprofessional
Very sad when they tell you a price and then add on for this and that when I asked how much and they gave me a price, that is what I expected, and they don't tell you oh this will be extra. It is a shame because she really did a good job and had they said hey gonna be extra for this I would have said ok, but to not tell someone until they go to pay is unfair to the customer. Everyone else got a hand massage but because she had another high dollar customer come in I got no message. Very disappointed in the customer service.
I went here after I had a horrible experience the day before at a different shop. The lady was so nice. She soaked my nails and redid them. Repainted and put my design and I absolutely loved them!!
I went in for a relaxing pedicure. I didn’t find a nail polish in an orange that I really liked but I had my own so the lady used mine. I sat in their chair. I’m short so I started adjusting the back of the chair so I didn’t feel like I was laying down only to be told that chair was broken. I asked to move & that didn’t happen. Their margarita machine was broken so I didn’t feel relaxed or pampered. I normally choose the super deluxe pedicure but since I didn’t feel very pampered, I chose the Classic pedicure & I got my toes painted with my polish. Afterwards as I was leaving I asked for my polish back only to be told they had put it back on the shelf with their polishes. I finally found my polish (or at least I think it was mine). If you just want your toes painted, go to this nail salon. If you want to feel relaxed & pampered go somewhere else.
The worst place to go to!!! I use to go here years ago and then I started back hoping the customer changed and it’s still the same!!! Everyone is rude and racial profiling at it’s finest!!!! I’ll never in my life go back to Tulips again!!!!!!!!!! Not once was I asked if I wanted something to drink when everyone around me was offered something! I received a manicure and not once was I asked did I want to pick a color. I then received a massage and she left the location all on my hands and when I asked if she was going to rub it in she told me to wash it off!!!! This place is the worst place in temple and the customer service is by far the worst I have ever received! I only went there because everywhere else was booked and I see why they had spots open!!
