Waste of time and money. Asked for a simple manicure and the guy who did it was unnecessarily rough and rude. He twisted my fingers because he claimed he couldn’t put polish easily on a couple of fingers that are slightly bent to the side. Never a problem with any other manicurist I have ever visited. He was unkind and so arrogant. And not even good. Had to have some of the nails repainted by another manicurist in the shop. Manicure still looks crazy.
Fast neat sanitary and kind. I enjoyed my first experience. A little pricey but all new jersey nail salons are compared to Philly, where I'm from.
Tulip nails is the best. In my opinion . Customer service is incredible and super professional. They are so patient and kind and spend a whole lot of Time perfecting your nails to the best of their ability. Preferably the Male nail artist there is by far the most talented and he is soooo sweet and friendly . If you dont like how it looks in any way .like you decide you would like a bit more sparkle or want to change the color last minute.... he will re - do it over and over again .. gladly without hesitation.. and no complaints. Just to make you your happiest with the job .. and doesn't even expect a great tip at the end . He simply does his very best job .. just because he can and he wants the customers happy!! I love love love every experience I've had here..just the lumberton one
The mount holly tulip , in my opinion does not come close to the lumberton. Lumberton tulip all the way . Definitely won't be disappointed with the outcome.. also prices are very very reasonable and nails are just as good if not better than the areas competitors ... for half the price of 96% of others in my Burlington area! This is my not first time coming here. every other experience was amazing but today i am finally over this shop. First i walked in and showed her my set she said 65 , i told her this is not my first time coming here and that’s not how much i pay for my nails. she twisted my thumb finger and cut my middle finger cuticle. I asked for a nude set and she proceeded to do a light pink and that’s not what i wanted i told her to find another shade , she couldn’t find it. so i just chose a pink color , i didn’t like the pink color after the second finger and told her i didn’t and she kept going. then i complained and she told me that she didn’t have any time to waste with me she has other her costumers i was like you know what i’m not going to argue with an elder , from that moment i knew all she cared about was my money so i just let her go because that was so nonsense but i am never coming back.
Yesterday 10/8/2022 was my first time at Tulip Nails in Lumberton. It was the greatest experience. Jay was very efficient, fast and gentle as it has been awhile since I had my nails done. I got acrylic nails with gel polish and they're beautiful! Thanks Jay! I will definitely be back in 2-3 weeks.????????
Hit or Miss. It’s either good or really really bad to the point where your nails are uneven & bulky. Even after that that I still come to this business & tip. The last time I got my nails done, 4 days later 2 nails break I go back to get it fixed pay $5 no problem. But after today I will not be returning to this business. If I call and ask get an appointment time of 4:00, I get there at 4. And at 4:23 I ask how much longer. And she says 5 minutes. No. That’s so inconsiderate and unprofessional. 30 minutes after my appointment time. No. A lady comes in after me and gets her nails worked on as soon as she comes in. No. I walked out after that and won’t be coming back. Especially not knowing if my nails are going to come out nice and pay 60+ and be treated with such disrespect. No.
They do an awesome job my wife's nails always look amazing she always ask for Jay he is very talented and a nice guy
Terrible, I’ll NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. The lady purposely tried to hurt me. I got my nails done yesterday and today one of them popped off on top of my gel being way too thick and peeling off just 1 day after spending 55$ on a gel refill with no design. I went back and got all the gel removed and had to have my nail fixed and Kelly tried to charge me For her poor nail skills‼️ On top of hurting me for 10 minutes straight with the nail filer
