Visited whilst in area for business. Staff were very friendly and the Restaurant is clean and tidy. Food was great, no issues there at all. 3 stars as service was awfully slow. I was on my own and I was in there for over 2 hours...Otherwise, nice food, friendly staff and vibrant surroundings.
We had lamb after dark and lamb Korma with coconut & mushroom rice + chips. It all tasted amazing. We had to do takeaway with current situation but thank goodness they are still open. Best curry around :)

Beautiful food and great service
Really nice food, lots of different dishes all full of flavour. Reasonably expensive but not over priced. Portions a good size, did a half size dish for children and was more than half a dish and less than half price! Staff were very friendly and looked after us really well. Would definitely recommend.
This was one of the best Indian meals we have had. Guy in the phone was really pleasant. Delivery a little late but driver was very nice and the meal was very good. I had a byriani and the chicken was divine. Arrived hot and we all really enjoyed it.
We love going to Akbar Dynasty as a treat. The food is consistently excellent. Service is always friendly and attentive. As a rule, you won't have to wait long to be served, but at busy times it can be a longish evening. Don't let that put you off from this terrific Indian restaurant. The food is great and reasonably priced.
Awful! Food is crazily overpriced, we paid £50 for two curries and a few of side dishes. The food was ordered as a birthday treat, it was over an hour wait for collection, waited in the reception for over 30 mins for the gentleman behind the desk to continue to tell me 5 minutes every time I questioned where the food was. I drove 15 mins to pick this up, I wish I had just ordered somewhere local now. The food quality was below average and incredibly oily, both the meats in the curry was extremely sparse and well overcooked. When I explained that it was a birthday treat and we were extremely disappointed at how long we'd been waiting the response was "I've put in 2 extra poppadoms for you" absolute joke! Would thoroughly recommend to NOT order from here.
