Ordered the food in English online with a credit card. A few minutes later I received a call from a female in Spanish saying something because I don't speak Spanish. I drive 15 minutes to get the food for the order to be cancelled. My phone says the, "order is ready." When I get there dude said they called. They never said to me an item was out of stock, and that my order was being cancelled. They lost a valuable customer. And now 20 minutes later I had to cancel my order through the food app. They weren't even going to cancel my order if I didn't. SCUMBAGS!
The food is honestly really good. Not overly salty but is well seasoned. However I’m getting really tired of going to Spanish food restaurants and no one speaks English. I’m black and white and often get mistaken as Spanish. But as I’m not Hispanic I clearly don’t speak the language. It’s annoying how as soon as they find out you’re not Spanish the whole atmosphere changes and they act as if you’re a bother when you’re just another paying customer in America. I wanted to eat in but as no one could understand me I had gotten take out boxes so I left. Please hire at least an English speaking cashier. Thank you
Just now went in there to get 6 cheese pastelitos and 10$ worth of chicharrones, the “ mi amor lady charged 36$ and I gave her a tip for being so miserable. I got my whole fam to order from them in the last few years ( pastelitos, picaduras y comida of all types) sometimes to be surprised by their prices but all good because we liked the clean flavor….. this time they practically called me a fool in my face ????????♂️ I will make sure I never order from here again

This was a small place with great food that feeds the surrounding communities for very low cost. It has gotten a little bigger now, with a larger dinning area and beer and wine are also available now. The food is always delicious and cultural. I hope they end up expanding the whole block!!

First thing I noticed when I walked into restaurant, was the ladies cleaning. The floor was so shiny and clean so I was happy about that. Also they are super nice, over the phone and in person.
I had the fried snapper fish and it was pretty good. The rice was great as well. Would definitely eat here again.
Been coming here since the place opened in 2013 and I was 11 years old! Just turned 20 and I still come here religiously. Their Pollo horneado is amazing.
There was a time when one of the staff was very rude, but the good food made up for it. The mom of the owner is very sweet and kind. This is one of the must go to stops in Lynn for sure.
