It's my first time here and I got to tell you, I was not disappointed.
I called in my order 3 mins after they opened and the food was ready in no time! ( I ordered a 3 pc fish dinner and an extra pc on the side) by
The lady there was friendly and efficient.
As soon as I got home to open bag, I was greeted with large fish filets!
I took my first bite and man! The batter was so light and airy. The fish was perfectly cooked and the tartar sauce had a great balance. ( I'm not sure if the tartar sauce was made in house, but it was really good and creamy.)
Needless to say, I am so happy that I came across this place. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out on one of the best fish and chip places!

Great food in larger than expected portions. Delicious fries and the fish tastes fresh and well battered. The only thing that is missing is some mushy peas to complete this experience.
The food is delicious and it never disappoints. It is consistent each and every time. Flavor full, hot, fresh and FAST.
I eat here at least twice a week. I’m so sorry I’m relocating this summer. I’m really gonna miss these guys!!

The dining area still looks like how it did about 20 years ago. Plenty of parking spots. The food still taste good too.
They have good fish and chips here. Also, other deep fried stuff are available too. Orders are made fresh and that makes them taste good.
I ordered two plates to go and I didn’t have to ask for sauce since the lady was thoughtful and had already included them.
Updating my review : I'm updating my 5 star review to now 1 , I love the food don't get me wrong but the customer service is terrible . They are so rude . I come here all the time and honestly I don't think I'll be coming back anymore . I just can't deal with how poor their customer service is. I gave them a 5 star review about 2 years ago and it's taken about 5-6 consistent visits of them being rude and giving bad service that I decided to change my review . I don't know if it's new owners , or different family members or what but they've lost mine and my families business . If the owners are reading this ... it won't kill ya to smile . You don’t deserve your customers hard earned money with the way you treat them.
Being pregnant and craving fish n chips is a bad combination only because of how hard it is to find good fish n chips. We just moved to the area and I'm so glad I found this place. Satisfied my craving AND more. We ordered the tugboat for 3 people , I was thinking the fish was going to be the size of chicken strips from McDonald's but boy was I wrong. The size of the fish is HUGE. 3 adults stuffed and doesn't even look like we made a dent in the fish. The tugboat could easily feed 5-6 adults . The fish tastes fresh , it's fall apart tender and not fishy at all. The size of the fish is easily as big as my forearm
Went to pick up dinner,soon as I walked in they said they were closing the lady made suggestions that she smelled something(marijuana) asked if she could take my order an payment outside whatever, couple gentlemen walked up asking me how is this place while I'm responding the lady comes outside says do you wanna order I'm closing in 5 min one of the men said give me two minutes she just walked away back inside so rude the men left, got my food got home eating one piece the other fish had a hair dangling attached to the batter eww so I take it back 2 piece fish meal 1 piece gone I'm hurrying cause they were closing I get there they're still open serving even though she said they were closing in 5 minutes 15 minutes ago, she examine the fish saw the hair was fried not added there, told me it was there fault then proceeded to give me $3 dollars back ???? how does that add up. Never again I'll give my money to McDonald's before I go back.

Sure... the place is a little old & rickety, but the food and staff is awesome!
I love this place the fish is fresh and cooked perfect. I always get the sea food sampler you can't go wrong here.
